  1. I would not celebrate the goal too much. It might be called offside by the ref during halftime.
  2. As for refs, the priority should be to bring in foreign refs. Somethin we have been asking for years. That way they can't control the refs directly. Right now it's AEK people at EPO that assign refs to the games. Savvidis's big mistake was collaborating with the gangster Melissanidis to take control of EPO.
  3. There is no way AEK will lose to Panathinaikos. They will be rewarded by the fact that they tried to save them with a vote in Superleague to prevent Panathinaikos from being relegated for debts to players.
  4. Possible lineup: -------------------- Paschalakis ------------------- Matos -- Malezas -- Crespo -- Azevedo ----------- Mauricio -------- Canas ------------- Campos -------- Pelkas --------- Vieirinha ---------------------- Prijovic -----------------------
  5. Not only has it to do with North/South it also has to do with politics and economics. All of a sudden there is somebody pouring money into the economy of northern Greece while the big shots in the south try hard to stash money in off shore accounts and being helped by politicians to do so. Sometimes using criminal ways (Noor 1 drug smuggling ship). Why do you think there is paid off media hysteria around Savvidis, which charges being filed in the Noor 1 case go unnoticed. You are probably right. Nobody cares about the product. The one that tried to care has received viscous war from the south. All of a sudden Alafouzos became buddies with Marinakis and Melissanidis spewing nothing but hate directed at PAOK and Savvidis.
  6. Why don't you post your stupid post few more times so we can all read it again.
  7. Back on topic. Varela and Moulen did not make the trip. El Kaddouri is in the squad. I wonder what kind of psychological state are our player to play this game?
  8. That's the problem. Seven years at PAOK and he still has not learned that ALL our opponents are roufiani and back stabbers. Can't trust anyone. Couldn't somebody tell him by now that people like Marinakis, Alafouzos and Melissanidis are nothing but scum of the earth? Even if we did not fall into the trap during those two games I am sure we would have been provoked down the road. Even if that roll did not hit the Olympiakos coach, their plan was to create an incident that they could take advantage off. It's no coincidence that Miralas provoking the fans by crabbing his genitals even before the game started. Same with AEK. Every whistle and their whole bench would spill onto the pitch. I am very curious to see what will happen with the Greek Cup final.
  9. He put enough already. Probably more than the whole Superleague as a whole. After the latest events I would really hope that he stops the stupidity of sponsoring the Superleague. If I was him after all the dust settles, I would withdraw the Souroti sponsorship from Superleague for next season claiming that his reputable company can't sponsor a corrupted enterprise like Superleague.
  10. No but we can declare Macedonia an independent country or at the very least a commonwealth of Greece and have our own league. And Bananas I have stopped supporting other Greek teams in Europe long time ago.
  11. The punishment to Savvidis and Michel was the proper one. Once the ref ordered the teams to go on the pitch to finish the game and only PAOK came out than I don't see the reason why PAOK was punished by losing the game and points being deducted. In other words the person(s) that caused the whole fiasco will again be assigned to ref games in the future so they can once again influence decision for their masters. Simple as that. All I know is that one team chickened out to come out and play and the other one chickened out when they lost a game on the field. And in both cases the common denominator was the ref that wrote lies in the match report.
  12. Who really gives a F*** about the Superleague anymore. Does it really matter since games are not decided on the field anymore?
  13. To sum things up: AEK wins the game on paper 3:0 PAOK gets deducted 3 points this season and 2 points next season PAOK to play three games without fans PAOK is fined 30,000 Euro Michel gets punished with 90 day ban from the stadium and 15,00o0 Euro fine Ivan Savvidis is punished with a 3-year ban and 100,000 Euro fine PAOK will appeal the decision. I hope they take it all the way to CAS (including the Olympiakos game) knowing very well that we will lose. My prediction is that on the appeal the Savvidis and maybe Michel bans will be reduced. They might even reduce the 2 point deduction for next season. That's about it. The three disgraced refs will sit out for couple months, but will be available next season to serve their masters. Of all the robbed titles in Greek soccer history this is the biggest one. For the first time in history it is where two teams joined hands together to prevent one team from contending for the title.
  14. Now that the fate of this game has been decided let's have a closure ...
  15. The final decision has been announced by EPO concerning this game. The third level o appeals has turned down PAOK's wish to have the game played, and it has also turned down Olympiakos's wish to have points deduct from PAOK. Basically the second level of appeals decision stands. Olympiakos wins the game on paper, and PAOK pays a fine for the roll of paper being thrown on the field. Standings following this decisions are 1. AEK 54 2. Olympiakos 53 3. PAOK 52 Olympiakos still faces 3 points deduction for the Olympiakos - AEK game. PAOK and AEK still face point deductions for the game that never finished.
  16. FIFA can go F*** themselves. The most crooked organizations of them all. All of a sudden they discovered problems in Greek football. Just announce the GREXIT and so everyone can be happy.
  17. Yeah two countries that are in the World Cup and we are NOT.
  18. Apparently we will play friendlies against Iran and Saudi Arabia. Most likely in June. This will be our first ever game against Iran.

  20. Limnios scored in the 3:0 win against Czech Republic today. Koulouris played as well. Later today Greece plays Egypt. Let's see if Pelkas plays. Warda and Shikabala are in the Egyptian squad but probably will not start.
  21. It's been 11 days since the hearing and still no decision. Apparently they are now waiting until Tsipras ends his visit to Thessaloniki on Wednesday.
