Nobody will buy those two as things stay right now. Specially at the price we would like. El Kaddouri will most likely finish his contract with PAOK unless we unload him at half the price we were trying to sell him before the season started. Jaba's market value is going down each time he does not play. As a result he did not get called for the Brazilian Olympic team as expected, something that Augusto achieved with his play. Everything started with his trip to Porto last season during a NT break. He came back with a chip on his shoulder and everything went downhill for him since then.

Paschalakis, Giannoulis and Limnios were called for the last two EURO 2020 games for NT. Augusto was called for the Brazilian U23 NT (basically their Olympic Games team), which will play at the United International Football Festival in Canary Islands. First game against the US and then the winner or loser of Argentina - Chile.

If you ask me I think the 55K season subscriptions is a very good number. I don't expect any big increase in the numbers. Maybe we will reach 60 or 65K. The added revenue will be sales of individual games, specially the derbies. Today I heard that Sunday we sold 25K individual subs and claims that we lost around 10K subscription because of the bank failure to process payments. This would mean that for the Olympiakos game for example we can expect around 50K individual subscriptions. I should also add that this whole PAOK TV was set up on the go and PAOK is going through a learning process. I am sure for next season we will be better organized and things will move smoothly. The other major issue that they will need to look at is piracy. There are many illegal IPTV services around the world that carry the channel. This is mostly a problem outside of Greece. That and the many establishments in Greece that buy the individual subscription instead of the commercial one.

Not sure if they are overstating on purpose. Most likely they are trying to create "news" with the very limited facts that are out there and in the process give wrong numbers. As for the season price, it still is 69.99 as PAOK actively advertises it all over the place. I think they will offer a new season price after the new year, for the second part of the season. Eventually I think they will have a package for the playoffs as well.

Well the numbers are not official so we don't really know the real numbers. From what I hard today the 50K for Panathinaikos is probably not true and was most likely confusion between single subscriptions and annual package subscriptions. The numbers for the annual package subscriptions is apparently around 55,000 The single subscription for Panathinaikos was probably closer to 20,000 instead of the reported 50,000. Also the OPAP subscriptions is nowhere near the 4,000. It;'s probably around the 1,000 mark.

I heard that Mauricio's injury is not directly related to his old one. Might be just that he came back too early without being in best physical shape. I also worry about Vieirinha. In Sunday's game after the first tackle on him he went down and it looked like he was injured. I would hope he comes back slowly. Unfortunately though I think he will start against OFI.

Well the hints were that he under performed on purpose due to his past connections to PAOK. Who cares if PAOK would have destroyed them. When you get a chance to put down anything PAOK does you have to take advantage of it.

From what I heard on radio today, the sales for the PAOK - PAO game were little over 50,000 individual subscriptions at 7.99 Euro each. It's also reported that the banking system crashed right before the game started because many people tried to subscribe to the game at the last possible minute. Not sure if I believe that though. Could just be the imagination of the Greek media reporters.

Tomorrow at 17:00 EET, PAOK U19 takes on Dinamo Kiev in Ukraine in the UEFA Youth League. Good luck to the boys.

Much improved OFI team this season. I expect a very tough game. OFI will try to play offensively and not sit back with a parked bus, which might be good for our style of play. I only hope our defense is up to par. This might be a goal scoring fest.

The only positives from this game was the return of the captain and that the team did give up even though thay had a bad day. Tough match on Saturday in Crete coming up.

Unfortunately we did not get into the game until Vieirinha entered the pitch. Until then PAOK did not play with clear mind. At the end we tried to get the winning goal but gave them a chance with counter attack which the capitalized on. Lucky to get the tying goal at the end.
