And the 3rd jersey for 2020-2021 is:
-
Very good signing. The only Aris player I would want at PAOK. He did have a good season despite coming back from the serious injury.
-
Today's moves: Melissas officially signed with Panaitolikos - free transfer Gargalatzidis officially signed with OFI - free transfer Wernbloom officialy signed with Gotteborg - free transfer
-
Our new retro jersey: Much better than our first jersey.
-
Reports are that we are trying to arrange a friendly against Panathinaikos in Athens on September 5.
-
Also your favorite player Gaitanidis is on the list

Following in the steps of PAOK TV, PAE Panathinaikos officially unveiled their new television channel Panathinaikos TV. The channel will be available as a streaming channel on the internet. It will also be available as a subscription channel on COSMOTE TV. It will be showing Panathinaikos home Superleague games as well as friendly games. Additionally it will be used to televise Panathinaikos games in other sports. The link to the channel is www.PAOTV.gr Yesterday NOVA offered Panathinaikos 5.7 million Euro for their home games, but Panathinaikos turned them down claiming they are paying Olympiakos 11.5 million and AEK 6.5 million for their games. Here is the official announcement by Panathinaikos concerning Panathinaikos TV:

The wages are not completely gone In the case of Wernbloom (not official yet anyway) and Stoch. I am sure they demanded at least 50% of the future wages to terminate their contracts which we probably spread out with a payment plan in order to help with FFP. Wernbloom still has one year left in the contract and Stoch had 2 years left. So far only Mauricio and Vieirinha wages are completely gone. Reports are that Vierinha is now willing to have a talk with front office about possible return. I see that happening right after the Besiktas game. He will probably agree to a 600K contract with substantial bonuses. Next players to leave the team after the Besiktas game will probably be Warda and Paschalakis. Also Giannoulis and Limnios if we can get some good money for them.

Originally it was scheduled to be on the satellite/cable channel Spor Smart in Turkey, but the Turkish government stepped in and ordered the game to be shown on national network for free. I am pretty sure the stream will be available and open for everyone. Should be the same with Open Beyond TV stream, but I am sure they will have geo restrictions. I was hoping a VPN would work, but every time I connect to their web stream using VPN with a Greek IP I get a screen telling me the programming is not available outside of Greece. We might have to resort to a stream with Turkish commentators even though I am sure more viewing options will be available by game time.

Omonia made an offer for Warda. If it is any decent amount I would sell him pronto. Today we let Diamantos and Gargalatzidis free in order for them to sign with OFI. PAOK retains resale option as well as re-signing option. Pretty good move.

Software update for the forums was attempted but was not successful. Forums had to be restored to the most recent backup. As a result some post might have been lost. Another attempt at software upgrade will be made on Saurday, August 22, 2020.

PAE PAOK has released the new striped jerseys for this season. Very disappointing design. I don't like them at all. Not buying one.
-
Ivan Savvidis has decided that the PAOK - Besiktas game will be televised in Greece on OPEN Beyond TV and not PAOK TV as was initially scheduled.
-
Miroslav Stoch and PAE PAOK have mutually ended their contract. He is now history and he will most likely go back to Slavia Prague. He had 2 years left on his contract with PAOK. Financial details were not released.
-
As far as I know Besiktas does not have any scheduled. In their case I am even more surprised since they are signing all these new players that never played together before.
-
Savvas Theodoridis, the clown that used to come out after Olympiakos games giving interviews to a hand with a microphone and claiming that there are 6 million Olympiakos fans and that O Aris is the biggest team up North died from COVID 19 complications. RIP.
-
And we let our last season's third goalie go free as well.
-
It appears Panaitolikos wants Melissas on loan.
-
I am surprised that we won't play another friendly before the game with Besiktas.
-
Toumba Uncensored Part 2 is now available on PAOK TV In other PAOK TV news: - PAOK TV will become available on the COSMOTE TV platform, so there is another way you can subscribe to PAOK TV programming - the PAOK basketball games will be available on PAOK TV starting with the new season
-
Apparently we paid 850K Euro to Dinamo Tbilisi for Ninua.
-
It was reported today that PAOK got an offer from Spain for Paschalakis. Not sure if I would sell him prior to the Besiktas game.
-
Friendly game against PAOK U19 was played today. The seniors won the game, but the result was not announced. There are video highlights on PAOK TV. Apparently Biseswar scored 2 goals and Wernbloom, El Kaddouri and Schwab scoring as well. Remains to be seen if we play another friendly prior to the game with Besiktas.
