The straight red hopefully will come back to haunt them. Incidentally, the mighty Aris drew in their game with Panathinaikos, which is also a pretty nice result for us. They are sitting at sixth and seventh respectively, below Volos and Levadiakos (!). Didn't expect to be at the top of the table this early in the season (and now the only undefeated them), but I sure am glad to be.

It looks like AEK will be short Zini (their third string CF), Moukoudi (probably their best CB, who is doubtful due to an injury vs Kifisia), and Relvas, who received the straight red. Relvas only played because Moukoudi had to be subbed off, in fact. So their defense might actually be compromised, considering they'll surely start Vida.

Good luck to him (but not too much luck). Seems to have had a pretty rocky coaching career so far tbh.

Konstantelias "dribbling" the ball out of bounds so the Celta player can't do a throw-in 30 seconds after they get carded for doing the same thing is really stupid. Anyway, as I type this they score the 1-1. We have been pretty garbage imo.

The (guess, I'll admit) that I read earlier was that it would be for next season. So they'd be banned from the WC and these club international competitions, like Russia...but would presumably continue on this season. That said, I can't imagine this will go through - Trump would go ballistic and they would not risk the WC...
