We need to approach this as we have entered our rebuild and it might get worse before it gets better as right now we are in the stage of experimenting with different players and building a new foundation and a new style of play and all of this will take time.. I’m actually looking forward to seeing new faces and to see if the coach can get these guys at a young age to have that fighting spirit and passion.. I think they should look at adding speed as much as possible and a good blend of players that compliment each other. Forget the Euros this tournament is done as it’s more important now to see what you have and who you can move forward with.. I truly think Socrates, Manolas and Toro are a big problem in the dressing room with there Egos. I would like to see Manolas back at some point but only if the team is ready to actually compete for a spot in the next tournament. The entire mindset with these players need to change. So far I think the coach has the right idea so let’s hope his vision of what he wants actually works.

IMO the coach is doing the right thing as he has no other option, why is he going to keep doing what every other coach has done in the last few years and think he will get different results.. he’s trying to see what he has in the younger players and how he can rebuild this team and implement a new style and a positive attitude.. This is the only way he can truly know what he has. There seems to be such a negative feeling around the current core of players and that is showing in there game play on and off the field. As good as Manolas and Socrates are If they’re bringing negative vibes to the NT then they need to be bounced ASAP.. I also think as long as the NT plays in OAKA results will be hard to come by as they need a complete fresh start and that stadium is not a warm place for the NT to play in. What ever happened to playing in Crete? I’m curious to see who starts in these next two games...

Changes are needed and something has to give look where we are in the fifa rankings, look at the last time we’ve made a tournament, Socrates and Manolas as much as I like them have done absolutely nothing in helping this team tradition from the 2014 World Cup.. I’m not liking that he wants to give Bakasetas another look but at least this coach made some bold moves and is willing to see what we have in the younger players. We have nothing else to lose this team has already hit rock bottom doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results is ridiculous so at least let’s see if the coach can find young players that are willing to give there heart and buy into a system..

As good as Manolas and Socratis are, maybe these guys along with Toro are a cancer in the dressing room and and maybe they need to be gone from the team in order for a fresh start. I'm not saying I agree with them not being called up by any means I'm just going by all the comments that the coach has thrown out for example (too many egos on this team) Maybe this is needed in order for the team to take the next step., It's not like Manolas and Socratis have taken control of the team and brought them back to respectability since our last world cup appearance in fact the opposite has happened as we have been losing to horrible teams with these guys in the line up so how much worse can it get if they are truly gone?? Lets be honest Manolas and Socrates went out of there way to get Angelo fired and said they will not play if he's coaching, so they got there wish and how do they respond?? with a lose in Finland and Draw at home to Lichtenstein.. Those guys are not leaders at all IMO...

Boys sit back and take a look at the teams we are drawn with in group C... How low and pathetic have we become. When was the last time we beat a team of any quality? We are right where we deserve to be in the fifa rankings and in group C..?‍♂️

Unless I’m missing something I don’t think it’s possible...wouldn’t Finland and Hungary both have to qualify from the euro campaign? Even then don’t they take the best 2nd place team out of group C of the nations league?

The coach deserves NO criticism he’s only been here a month he doesn’t know the players he needs time and should be given time you can’t keep changing a coach every few games you will never build consistency as every coach has a different philosophy.. the truth in the matter is we should have beat this team with our B and C players this is NOT on the coach at all.. He is very professional in his interviews he seems very logical and seems to realize how deep our problems are unlike Ange who came in and said we will win right away.. He may not be anywhere near a high quality coach but he deserves a chance.. let’s see how he performs in the next games and in the World Cup qualifier before we pass judgment..

I know most of us are not a fan of this coach but when you listen to his post game press conference he is very logical and I like what he had to say.. He understands this team is broken and changes need to be made and it will be a long process..

I agree i think this team is way to damaged and we keep falling further and further it will be next to impossible for us to qualify for 2022.. There is no easy fix for this team it needs to be torn down front the top and that needs to start with the Epo, then the team needs to start looking at the youth as this generation of players can’t cut it.. The Epo needs to start drilling it in to players at a young age about the NT... Our development of players is so weak meanwhile other countries like Portugal develop there players at a young age, with great training facilities and clear cut plan.. This core of players don’t have the heart or work ethic and don’t bleed for the NT with the exception of a few.. In regards to 2022 we will be in a ridiculously hard group due to how low in the rankings we have fallen and our only hope is the nations league and that is not even realistic at this point. I honestly can’t see how the NT gets out of this as they keep looking for band-aid fixes and that’s why it will take years to correct this..

Liechtenstein lost to the following teams Italy 6-0 bosnia 5-0 Finland 2-0 Armenia 3-0 GREECE 1-1 Liechtenstein only point of the qualifiers.. Greece have now lost every game at Oaka I’m this campaign.. We are a footballing disgrace and the one if the worst teams in Europe..

Guys do not blame the coach at all, we are an embarrassment and one of Europe’s worst teams in soccer we have to face it.. this is only on the players and no one else.. we need to start being honest with ourselves and realize we are officially a minnow and a a complete disgrace..our players are not good enough bottom line.. The coach probably regrets taking this job.. I don’t care which players you try and mix and match the results will be the same..
