  1. Ha! Given the condition of the pitch you're being greedy.
  2. No chance to ever feel safe if you're a PAOK fan.
  3. Decent cross from Leovac, not sure if he meant it (would need to check again) but good of Kitsiou to be positioned in the box to take advantage. An away goal is always nice to have.
  4. ... and it almost reached orbital velocity.
  5. Free kick just inside the "D" ...
  6. You were saying mangaki. So now can I smoke inside your igloo ?
  7. Ha ha, just a heard a guy in the crowd "re m#$%!" ...
  8. Good lord this pitch is a joke. EPO doing us favours I guess.
  9. Working now. Really odd. Just wasn't working in Google Chrome which I've been using for a long time now. Tried it in Internet Explorer and is working now.
  10. Seriously, it's almost a sin at this level to not have a player capable of taking good corners. Stupefying.
  11. Impeachment on day one of taking office, now that would be something.
  12. Technically Lucas is, but only after he got sold from Deportivo to Arsenal. In terms of from the one "transaction", Vieirinha was 4 million. Mak and now Rodrigues are just behind at 3.5 million although Rodrigues still has a 20% sell on clause so who knows. I'm not sure if Mak also has a sell on clause as well.
  13. Congratulations Tzatziki. Well deserved, even if there is something up with your avatar that I can't quite put my finger on.
  14. Maybe so but it's their perception that counts. When Trump came out and said "I'm going to build a wall" I reckon he got a million votes just there, maybe more. It was crass, it made me actually laugh, but you know what, it was effective. Hillary had no counter, at least not one that I noticed. I have mixed feelings about Trump winning. On the one hand if I had 5 minutes with Hillary I would blast her for losing the election that couldn't be lost. Seriously, you lost to Trump given your wealth, power, background and knowledge ? Bizarro world. But at the same time it says to me how out of touch with reality she and those around her were. I truly don't think she understands the middle class anymore. I find it ironic that those loudest with their criticism of Trump are generally those that don't need to work like students or celebrities for whom the prospect of real poverty is something very remote. As for Trump, if I had 5 minutes with him a year ago and he outlined his general strategy, I would have said he's an idiot. Goes to show what I know. The above is just my perception but I feel like the middle class is where Trump really got some votes. There is the crazy, bible reading, gun toting red necks who will always vote Republican, and that will always be the case. But Trump needed more than that, and he got it. Now, time to ride the wave!
  15. I wouldn't be surprised. It sounds reasonable. If that's what it takes to get players to PAOK and the GSL then that is what it takes.
  16. The 20% resale definitely takes some of the sting away.
  17. I don't think International Relations was a high priority to the sort of person that voted for Trump. It was always (funnily enough) about hope, and the fact that a vast chunk of U.S. citizens had none with Hillary and figured maybe with Trump they might stop being ignored. This is what I believe got Trump over the line ultimately. There are many other factors as well but I think if the economy was doing great someone like Trump would not have had a chance. Maybe the U.S. has reached a tipping point in terms of wealth disparity and this sort of thing will be the new normal. It's easy to criticize Trump (there is a lot to criticize!) but to someone who's just trying to scrape a living on minimum wage, they don't give a f**k if Trump is a good statesman or not. This is their last concern. They just want some dollars in their pocket. Maybe this is something Meryl Streep and the cohort of celebrities don't get ? Everybody knows Trump is a pig, and he's winging it. This was not hidden in any way. It's been in plain sight for years and yet he still won. I find it surprising that there is so much energy spent on trying to show that Trump is unfit (of course he is) for office, when people should be trying to work out how the U.S. itself, as a nation, got to a point where people would vote for someone like Trump. @Pana97 what brand of Aloe Vera do you recommend ?
  18. Dunno. I don't really follow the whole AEK stadium issue apart from occasionally checking the updates in the AEK forum. But when I put it altogether that he's a billionaire, the stadium was announced a few years ago as being just around the corner, these lame excuses (at least to me) about why the stadium is being delayed (given Meli's wealth, resources and connections), and the current economic malaise in Greece and the GSL in general, my gut instinct tells me he's in no rush to build the stadium. I'd guess Meli is happy to build the stadium as long as not too much of his own personal money is used. How the rest would be financed, I have no idea without knowing the ins and outs of Meli and AEK. Tell you what, let's see if he get a player that isn't a free transfer and then we'll go from there. ::ducks heads:: ::shots fired ::
  19. And so, as you say, it just doesn't make any economic sense. Which is fine except for the constant, silly reporting surrounding it. If for some reason a stadium was built, I'd be sure that it wasn't with their own money.
  20. I'd be speaking to the agent that represents both Crespo and Canas. Both players have been solid signings.
