  1. That's a fair point. Doesn't matter which way you slice it, you can't let a team like Asteras impose themselves on the pitch the way they did today. Hopefully this is the last clanger for the season. I don't mind losing but go down losing playing properly. Not the rubbish we saw today.
  2. If AEK win and we get the -3 they will be 5 points ahead. Even if we win in Toumba we'll need them to lose at least another game and that's assuming we go 6/6. Possible, but we sure like to make it difficult. As for today, we played 10-15 minutes of decent and I mean just decent football when Biseswar came on. The rest was below par. Vieirinha picked up a little in the second half too.
  3. Don't even bother with the Athens media. You can do 100 good things and then make 1 mistake and they pounce on you like you're the devil but their own teams are angels. Astous. Waste of time and energy.
  4. Ha ha ha. Ax, what can you say. Very poor day at the office. Best just to forget about this game and go for ... 6/6!
  5. I'm confused. What was that penalty for ? At the same time the Asteras players aren't angry about the decision. 2-2 that point could be valuable believe it or not.
  6. Yellow card for Pelkas for getting the ball. In the EPL you wouldn't get a yellow for that 100 out of 100 times.
  7. There's been 30 seconds of play in the last 6 minutes. Greek soccer at it's best.
  8. Good lord get a move on! 3 minutes just standing around.
  9. At least we're showing some hustle now. Shame it took two goals to wake us up!
  10. Seriously don't just give away the ball like that.
  11. Good goal. But a lot of mistakes on our part in the build up.
  12. I'd make at least one sub now. Not sure which but more so to let the boys know their play was not up to par. Nothing like some good old fashioned fear to motivate them.
  13. HT. Both Matos and Vieirinha did little in attack. Mauricio flat. Shakhov flat. Pelkas flat. Boys need to lift.
  14. I think Lucescu needs to brew up some peppermint tea for half time because our boys are not even in 1st gear. I hate it when we play with this lackadaisical way. Should come out from the 1st minute raring to go. Anyway ...
  15. Good work. I'd feel a bit ripped off right now if I was Asteras as we have been sleeping for the first 30 minutes. All fair in love and football. Good lord we're asking to concede another goal.
  16. Ha ha what were the Asteras players complaining about ?
  17. I think this is the first time in months we've been behind. Let's see how our boys respond.
  18. Well it was coming. Letting them near our box with not enough pressure. Good finish.
  19. Terrible link! But beggars and choosers and all that.
  20. Overall the refereeing has been better this season than previous seasons. To hardcore Olympiacos fans the statement above would be considered farcical but they have spent so long now believing the world is flat that when someone shows them it's round they are perplexed. In their universe if one decision, ONE decision, goes for PAOK then Savvidis owns EPO and the league is rigged. As for AEK or PAOK getting favourable calls, yeah sure when most games you have 70% possession and you are in the opposition box 4 times for every 1 they are in yours then it's highly likely a referee will make a call in your favour. It's called probability. Add to that Greek refereeing [in]competence and yeah you get some bad calls. Is this surprising ? Maybe if you're dumb or so morally bankrupt you can't tell the difference then yeah. What can I say ...
  21. Not only her arrogance but also that of the media. Maybe arrogance is not the right word. Delusion ? Does delusion and arrogance go hand in hand ? Seeing the polls in the media compared to the reality on the day was eye opening to say the least. "How could we have got it so wrong ?" Because your heads are up your asses you idiots. And now we have Trump ...
  22. Hudson, no reason for Greece to negotiate. Greece shouldn't even bother going to any negotiations. If FYROM gets the name they wants, they are happy, the US, EU and NATO are happy and Greece loses. So only Greece loses and they want Greece to negotiate ? Doesn't make any sense to me. The argument that Greece has already lost this issue, I don't buy it. We've lost when we officially let them have it. Until then nothing is settled. The "optimum" response is for Greece to agree to disagree and politely state their terms ad infinitum (a) can't use word in your name and (b) rescind your revisionist history. Whatever crumbs the US, EU and NATO might flick at us off their table, they can have them. I'm not even sure why all of a sudden this has become important again. Has the geopolitical situation changed ?
  23. Savvidis doesn't strike me as someone who will quit. He may lose this time. I expect we will lose this time. But I don't think the status quo will remain indefinitely. As each season goes by Olympiacos gets more desperate. Don't believe me ? Look at what they pulled with this game. THEY know it's a fraud. WE know it's a fraud. ALL of Greece knows it's a fraud and yet they did it. That shows how desperate and without shame they are. Their club is owned and run by weasels. They win this case but at much cost. My only regret is what Ivic did last season as that is used against us as validation for their behaviour. And if after all this we do win the league then it'll make it all the more sweeter. Run away little girls ha ha.
  24. -2 next season, is that all ? I'm going to place a bet we win next season from now! They need to give us -9 to have any chance next season.
  25. Is there a range of possible punishments ? Is it just -3 points and nothing else ?
