Samaras rumors seriously heating up

http://www.sdna.gr/podosfairo/superleague/article/109546/tragodia-stin-veroia 18 year old Goalkeeper Stelios Markousis passed away today during training from what's believed to be a heart attack. RIP.

Never saw this coming, congratulations. The league just got a lot more interesting assuming the defensive problems can be fixed.

At this point Samaras would be a good fit

Do you really believe the s%$#! you post, this is so wrong it's not even funny. I'll say it again, THE REST OF THE LEAGUE HAS IMPROVED SINCE 2010 EXCEPT FOR PANATHINAIKOS. AEK and PAOK are financially stable for the first time ever, Asteras Atromitos Panaitolikos and Xanthi free great competition, Olympiakos has a very good team. Just stop, your argument is wrong.
-
I'm stating facts, AEK is thriving for the first time since the 90s. We are no longer in debt, off the field we are outstanding, we are about to have a third year in a row with profits, the stadium issue is almost resolved, the on field product is improving everyday, we have a great coach with a determined team. The only mistake was with the striker situation but that will be resolved in January. It doesn't really matter because after the signings Olympiakos made yesterday we can not compete with them even if we did sign a striker. When our team gets fully fit we will be the front runners for second place, Panathinaikos has a circus of a defense, PAOK is uknown, Asteras is weaker than last year.

Where did you read this? I haven't seen it anywhere yet.
-
The teams looking real good for this season and a lot of great young talents for the future. I'm excited about this team.
-
I see a team that's debt free, thats self sufficient, that has reformed itself on and off the field to avoid previous mistakes, and I see the best AEK team since 2008 on the field. Your team is not thriving, stop trying to drag down AEK with your team to make yourself feel better.
-
AEK isn't hurting, AEK is thriving, that's why I'm demanding that we spend more money.
-
They didn't sign a forward.
-
I wouldn't expect more than 8 or 9 thousand people to show up to this game after everything that went down today.

Soiledis Barbosa Grontis Vargas can all play on the left. If necessary Buonannotte can play on the left with Galo or Bakakis playing on the right. We have many versatile players for the wing positions. I think we are set their but again, we should be going after Vlachodimos who was released a few days ago and is a free agent, low risk high reward signing that can add depth. Another body wouldn't hurt and he can't be any worse than Barbosa. I agree on Center Backs, If Kolovetsios or Tzanetopoulos go down we will have a problem unless Arzo starts to prove himself in practice.
-
I don't think we have 3 major holes, just the 1 striker is missing IMO. But I agree with the rest of post, we were literally one quality striker away from being a serious serious threat to the gavro, now we are looking at a battle for 3rd or 4th place (before Playoffs).

Olympiakos signing two big money players on deadline day, emeis ta a*****a mas pirame. I don't care for the stupid stock exchange, bring in players that will help us win now! Literally 2 weeks ago we were supposedly going after 3 transfers. The 3 became 1 centers forward that will be a game changer. And from there we got nothing. awesome planning.
-
Unbelievable We have until September 11th to sign players on a free transfer. We need a striker for sure, But I would also gamble on a player like Vlachodimos as a backup winger for more depth. That's the type of low risk and high reward signing that we should look to make at this point. Off the top of my head some strikers we could go after are Samaras, Salpigidis, Papadopoulos, Berbatov, Almeida, and Uche. Other free agents available: http://www.sportdata.gr/transfers-rumours-free.htm

PAOK made a 2 million euro offer for Berg lol

New reports say it's very unlikely we will sign Lafferty, they better have a backup plan because if we sign no one then we are screwed.
-
Devic, Lafferty, and Uche all rumored the past 24 hours. Devic is by far the best option out of the three and we should spend whatever it takes to get him in.

How does Rodgers still have a job?
-
Surprise loss at home to Panionios, anyone know what the crowd was like in their home return to the Super League?
-
No we aren't on the exchange yet, we've done all the work to get on the exchange, two more years of showing profits is the last step.
