mixed feelings about the win......one second we are making moments of brilliance, the other...embarassing. But its a win, and Greece announced its presence in the FIBA Championships. If we could shoot like the Lithuanians or Argentines or Spaniard we would be absolutley unstoppable. Our depth and our defense is the best in the world, hand down.

Greece losing to Lithuania..... good start, awful 2nd period.....maybe missed 60% free throws tragedy as usual.

WOW what an omadara!!! we came down from 23 - 7 to beat QATAR :tdown: we really are one of the worst of teams and shooting in the tournament. We were in the friendlies too that we won, very poor at shooting but strong elsewhere... Among the best in defense/teamplay, but shooting we are way down there. These guys cannot shoot at all its a huge weakness... Turkey just beat Lithuania, both teams looked much stronger...

What about ErtSat? its Free to air it might at least have recorded games.... You are in London (Im so sorry) right? There are some Greek places there im sure one of them has satelite - NOVA and Nova gets ALL greek channels....the games will definitly be on there. Again France/Germany over them.....no way. Italy has always been a team I dont look forward to playing in basket... Beleive it or not the country is not all morons like these paliomalakes. The newer generations are becoming smarter and more open people... But on the subject of basket im pretty sure they are all full of subjective crap and theres not much hope. I am an American as well as Greek and I will cheer even for Turkey over the USA (IN BASKET ONLY) . their biggest strength is their shooting ability, these guys can hit the outside shots far better than most other teams....however, defense, organization and mentality they arent that great, like i said they are used to playing circus ball.....if theyre on a good shooting day, unless we have one too theres no chance...I prey this will not be another Olympic DISASTER.

PAO second string with Efes!??!? are you kidding me? PAO are making the final 4 almost every year, missed it last year by a bizarre tragedy we always had a tough time with that team.. and meanwhile raping teams like CSKA, Barcelona, Real home and away... in fact its always Malaga or Tau who ever give us problems lately.....something about the polar ends of spain i guess... Efes is decent, they make it past the group stage but never past that....sorry above average but not in the elite...

this has been a very good preseason....Sollied really is the best thing to happen to OSFP. I honestly beleive hes better than 3/4 of the coaches in the EPL or Serie A even...If you guys dont get a tough draw in the CL you will probably go through.
