  1. Whatever happened to Tsaka??? Is he in jail?
  2. I hope they don't put that lime green on our main kit... Also, I kind of missed our classic logo..
  3. Carey Price swept the awards ceremony (Hart, Vezina, Jennings, and Lindsay) last night confirming he's the best player in the world. He could not be denied as he posted a GAA of 1.96, a save % of .933, and recorded 44 wins to break Jacques Plante's record of 42.. Yes Carey played more games but Plante unlike Price had 10 hall of famers playing in front of him! Price did all this and led the Habs to the division crown despite the fact that his group of forwards were among the least productive as a whole among the playoff teams. Now it's up to MB to add the missing pieces to bring Lord Stanley home... P.K. Subban finished 3rd in voting for the Norris. (Would of been his 2nd). I think P.K. and Doughty deserved it more than Karlsson but I suppose Ottawa's late season surge played an important factor.. I don't think Karlsson is very good defensively.. Whereas the other 2 are more complete/better rounded off players.. Ah well!
  4. Alafouzo and Melissanidi are sewing/maintaining pressure on EPO.... They won't go away easy..
  5. German firms love Greek corruption.. Does it really surprise you that adidas felt attracted to OSFP??? ;) :P
  6. That is great news! UEFA will get a lot of pressure to do the right thing. Despite the fact that as an entity, it is just as corrupt as Fifa...
  7. It must be because even they can't wrap their mind around the type of "Joga Bonito" being played in Greece! ;) :P
  8. Hopefully, the full picture will be shed in the coming weeks..
  9. ^Yeah, I already miss Adidas... For me, by far and away the best kit maker...
  10. ^ for one it's the weekend and nobody in the justice system works!! :P
  11. Yup, from the dark days of 2011... The club was in too much chaos to develop him properly.. Glad to hear he's doing well..
  12. Loved the link of Forbes' open letter to Tsipras. I was about to post it myself but Reaper beat me to it... By a day! His suggestions make total sense, which is why they will probably never will be implemented...
  13. Edit: double post. We need mods in here to clean up my mess!
  14. @BDGallof: Per NHL source, CHI currently asking for 1st rd pick, A-level prospect & top 6 forward on entry-level contract for Patrick Sharp #isles Stan Bowman can ask for the moon. Doesn't mean he'll get it. Teams won't hand him a 4th Stanley Cup... Chicago needs to shed salary and beggers can't be choosers.. Sharp, a declining player, will go for far less...
  15. This quote from the opinions section is perfect: "
  16. ^^ here's the link to Eurosport... http://www.eurosport.com/football/owner-of-greek-champions-banned-over-corruption-probe_sto4787854/story.shtml My question is how can he make bold statements that he will continue to be president and run the club after being ordered to keep away from all football activities.. This hubris of his will be the final nail in his coffin....
  17. Where did you read this freezer?!?? Pana97, don't jump the gun.. ;)
  18. ^^ Without his heroics that day, the shoreline would of been way worse than 0-2! Dump Kotsolis and bring him back I say!! He's a good PAO soldier..
  19. ^^ I'm fully optimistic that something good will come of this. The news got way too big today as we saw reports about Vaggela's criminal activities pop up in the U.S. It's gotten to a point where it can no longer be swept under the rug. UEFA threw Blatter under the bus by disassociating itself from FIFA. They want to play the parthenes. For that very same reason, I expect severe punishments for the Reds. @ Freezer, What do you want Xontroulako an Oly to say/do exactly? Admit guilt? At this point, they have to act like everything is business as usual. Freezing (no pun intended :P) spending would imply guilt. I'm sure his legal team told him to conduct himself as if everything is normal. Unfortunately for his defence team, he is facing too many counts to get off squeaky clean imo.. @ Accor6, eisai poutanitsa!!! ;) This of course is Greece we are talking about, so one never knows for certain...
