relax file...you just joined the forum and your already getting into arguments and attacking peoples comment..ive seen it more then once already...iremise ligo...this is gunna start turning into the old phantis where everyone just cursed each other and got pissed off...i know this is online but we can still respect each others opinions..
-
nice to see him get off to a good start

this is very true..but remember the kid is only 22...he has a long time left to make an impact...but for this to happen, he will have to work hard...england was a bad place for him to go in the first place...i knew he would never prosper in the league..he should go to spain, i believe he would have much mre success and grow to be a much better player then in england...i hope his prosposed move to espanyol happends bc i would hate to see a promising 22 yr-old rot on the bench...

apparently almiron is not keen on coming to greece and playing...
-
man..i have to start making a list of players that are reported to be in the interest of oly for the past 2 years...the list would contain over 300 players by now.
-
looks like fiorentina are back n the race..they were interested in sept. and reay to offer over 10 mill.. as i said, i would love to see belluschi play in the super league, im sure everything will come to a close in the next few days...
-
archubi hasnt impressed because he hasnt been given proper chances in his proper position...
-
it looks like porto are willing to offer quite a bit of money..belluschi is a great player and would be a perfect addition...personally i hope you dont get him because it will only make your team stronger :D but for the sake of greek football i hope he comes to oly...it would be great to see a player of belluschi's caliber playing in greece...
-
man..the kid is young, give him a break..all the pressure the media and fans put on him to succeed takes a toll...especially on a player so young..
-
forget kyriakos..i dont think he would come to oly..in fact, i dont think he would come back to greece and frankly i agree..why should he? the only thing oly have to offer him is europe. the german league suits him well and if he keeps his performances up h can play for a better german team...regardless, i think frankfurt will make some european compeition ths year..he isnt old enough to want to come back and when he does, i dont think he'll be going to oly...
-
maybe he is...scared..
-
yeah..but there has been reports of Alves in conversation with Man. City..if another striker comes, Samaras is surely gone..
-
congrats to gekas!
-
the question is when bojinov comes back, will we still see samaras on the bench??
-
pitsirikas?? the man is 28...
-
he may have scored but he did not play all too well...

i dont know if coming to greece yet is a good idea..he has already accostomed himself to english football even though its at a less competitive level then the premiership. i think coming back to greece would be a step forward competition-wise(in comparison to the league 1) but a step backward for his future..he took league 2 by storm and showed that he is ready to establish himself in the higher english leagues. his contract with hartlepool is up this summer and even though they offered him a new contract, i dont think he will stay... i know cardiff and watford are both interested in him and mb spending a season in the championship might be good for him. it could go both ways..if he performs well he could be a premierhsip gk very soon. the thing is, he is not that young...he is 29..keep in mind this is still fairly young for a gk. but if he does not establish himself quickly, an epl move could not happen for acouple years. so in that sense, coming back to greece could be a better idea...i would have no problem with him being paos next gk but for his club career, staying in england might be a better idea...i dont care if hes in the championship, compeititon there is still very very high and if he performs well, i see no reason why he could not be called up the the NT and prove himself... i would like to see him in greece too dude cause from what i saw he is a very good keeper...but only he can asses what is right for his career...

i see great potential for him on our national side..he will need to get transfered to a bigger squad though as DUDE says..i can see him becoming a great keeper though...

city have a problem with servicing their strikers..samaras cant score unless he receives soom good balls from the midfield...citys midfield with the excpetion of barton is poor...when they serve him, he has scored..he is probabaly one of the brightest talents on the team but unless he has some decent players around him, what is he to do?? the kid is promising but i think moving to city was a bad idea..lucky he is still young and has the potential to develop even further..from what i hear he is an eager learner which is good for a kid his age...city is putting too much pressure on their strikers to produce goals but dont realize that they have no one that can provide.. as aekros said..he statistically is still on the top of the man city points chart even as he is getting all this slack... barton is just frsutrated..he has the potential to be at a big club but is playing for poor ol city witha bunch of mediocre players..he has worked hard but has very little to show for it..not to mention his inabitlity to break into the national side...i wouldnt look too much into it..samaras is a talented youngster and will develop just fine... he would have been better off going to arsenal when they were calling for him...wenger has his way with young talent and i could see samaras gaining alot of expereince at arsenal, even if they loaned him out for a season or twso i think arsenal could have been a better choice for him...when they were looking at him they didnt have the striker force they have now, so it is too late in my opinion, but it might have been a better move for him at the tme....just a thought though

we are spending..but not always wisely..thats the problem...vardino has put alot of money into the team and into players but he rarely invests in the right things..
