Thank the lord for James Feldine! Great clutch 3 to beat Malaga 68-66. PAO had to win this match too. I can take a loss away to Fener, but if you cannot beat Malaga in OAKA, then you might as well not bother. Great match from the captain tonight. 17pts on 100% shooting and 7 assists, all at the age of 35. If Kobe Byrant can play till he's 37 after his injury problems, then Diamantidis should at least play for another season. But I'm still worried about whether Pappas will get fit and back to the same level he was last season. Fortunately Feldine has done well, but we still need Pappas to go far. Doesn't help that Boxoridis is still injured either.

Since when is it up to individual teams to improve the quality of the League? Competition for the 1st spot of a league actually helps but that point has gone over most Olympiakos fans due to opadiliki. Unless of course, your manager is Pep Guardiola or your team is Barcelona. It's easy to tell others what to do when you're in a good position. It seems like you care and makes you look good when in reality you don't give a shieeeeeet because you've easily got that CL spot.

A friend met fortounis at the airport someday about 2 months or 3 ago I dont remember. He asked him about his opinion on the NT failures. Fortounis answer was this : The team , us the players , thought that after going so well at the WC, we could play 20 minutes on each qualifying match and win.

The fact that a guy like that (and many others who are currently in, or have come and gone from the League) held any position in the League speaks volumes about the culture in Greek Soccer and, honestly, Greek life in general.

Everyone crying abou the rankings now that we are falling , noone gave a f*ck when we were 10th-12th. You guys are funnier than the Fifa Ranking. Btw I predict a 2nd spot finish in the World Cup qualifying group. 1 defeat and 1 draw from belgium. 1 win 1 defeat from Bih . 4 wins fro the rest. Also 2 draws at the friendly russians , either 0-0 or 1-1.
