Evergreen
Giorgos, was a well-known Panathinaikos fan who was killed in a bike accident a few days back. The Championship that PAO won in volleyball last night was devoted to his memory by the PAO fans, players and management. I never met the lad but people that knew him speak of one of the nicest people you could ever meet. His loss is great not only to his family and friends but for Gate 13. Giorgos celebrated our volleyball title at the bouzoukia of the Heavans with the rest of our founders, ex-players and fans that have left us for a better place. So If you ever find yourself in Gate 13, look above, high in the heavans and you might just see Yiorgo banging on his drum giving us the beat to chant on... "Gia ton Yfanth, gia ton Yfanth, shkwsate to kypelo tou Prwta8lhth" "Death makes angels of us all and gives us wings where we had shoulders smooth as ravens claws" - James Douglas Morisson
