Crazy
Luciano Galletti wanted to return back to his homeland and that is why he did not accept Olympiakos offer to stay and be a part of our youth club coaches team.Since he is going back to Argentina tho,he will act as a scouting agent for us.Really a great player and a gentleman that he is truly missed by ALL soccer fans, not just Olympiakos. http://www.redplanet.gr/html/ent/326/ent.274326.asp LU-CIA-NOOOO GALLETTIIIIIIII :nw: :nw: :nw: :nw: :nw: :nw: :nw: :nw: :nw: :nw: :nw:

Euro2004
It really is such a shame. He seems like a great guy and in my opinion he was the best player in the Greek league. Good to know he'll continue to have some involvement with Greek football, although it would have been much better if he stayed on to coach the youth. It will be interesting to see if he can draw your attention to any top class players.

He is not the only member of his family with medical issues. His youngest kid also was born with some problems so he had to go.

Euro2004
If i'm understanding this correctly, he wants the remainder of his contract paid in full? If so Olympiakos are in the right here. You can't expect them to pay the entire contract. Surely that's what his sporting insurance is for, compensating him if he gets seriously injured? Crazy
His lawyer and his father are the ones that he listened and he demands the money so Olympiakos will take this case to court. He wants 5mil and there is no way in HELL that he will see that money.Shame....
