Greece with only 6 shot attempts and zero zero on target. How can we not manage there goalie to make 1 save! Especially in a friendly match? In Greece.Just pathetic.

I can’t take these results and not scoring a goal. Fortounis two great chances and screws them both up. People complained with Santos as coach winning 1-0 games but the team was winning and at least scoring a goal, especially in qualifiers. Skibbe looks like he wants too and will stay with the status quo going into Nations Cup.

Greece need a win to climb in the rankings and we are playing a tough Swiss team, so I hope skibbe puts our best starting lineup out there. I suspect will see Tziolis get his game time.

100% agree, the only strong part of his game is winning a header, other than that he doesn’t offer much.

How Fetfa can’t even get a call up, even for a friendly game is absurd. We are not Argentina where we have an abundance of amazing attacking minded footballers to just leave him out.

Greece remain at 45, Congo and Bulgaria ahead of us is laughable. Hopefully we can get a result vs Switzerland who are 8th.

Skibbe better play Sokratis, Manolas, Mitroglou etc.I am ok with some guys getting some playing time, but we need to be serious and win to climb the FIFA rankings.

Articles say if England government prove Russia was behind nerve gas attack on double agent then they would pull out and persuade other countries. Who knows but I could see them wanting to send a message and Australia could follow suit, not so convinced about Poland and Japan. We shall see.

Read reports that England are considering boycotting the World Cup over Russian spy saga. Also report states that Australia, Japan and Poland are considering not going. If that’s the case opens up 2 European spots one for Greece hopefully? One for Italy? If England boycott FIFA rules state they are not allowed to participate at the next World Cup. I hope they don’t go and we get in somehow!

AEK should have popped in a goal, I watched the game and they had a few glorious chances and dominated the possession. Lazaros played a great match and hit a nice free kick. It would have been nice to see a Greek side progress to the last 16 of this competition. AEK have had an impressive run recently.

The EPO now decides to schedule 3 friendly matches after we fail to make the World Cup? Could have used a few friendly matches during last campaign to play some younger players.
