  1. I heard the tanks are waiting in front of Toumpa. I was actually afraid that we will have some fan violence if anything bad happens. But that the violence is actually not coming from the fans but from our own president? Really? I did not see this coming. Really, I am absolutely baffled about this. What the hell.
  2. But on the other hand I heared now that if the referee finally decides to give the goal to PAOK, AEK is not going to restart the match. So this country has indeed become a joke.
  3. I do not watch anything right now. I think I am done with Greek football. There was so much discussion about the Olympiakos match and now this match is going to be suspended because Savvidis lost his nerves.
  4. I heard some rumors that the referees are going to a nearby Kafeneio to see if whether or not it was offside hahaha.
  5. AEK had multiple chances for counter attacks but instead decided to play it safe. If that's not a defensive play, then I don't know what is. But does it really matter now? The match will be suspended anyways and you win on paper 0:3
  6. Typical Greek mentality I guess. This country is lost. But at least we have no fan violence as PAOK17 already pointed out haha... the match will still result in a 0:3 as I am seeing it now. Μαλακίες.
  7. Οχι, θα τα λέμε ολα εδώ φίλε. AEK played full defense, I have seen enough matches of your team to say that. Jimenez played it safe.
  8. This is a whole new level in Greek football haha. Unbelievable.
  9. Oh okay. Yeah well... Savvidis lost his calm completely. I do not like that. This is embarrassing for the whole club.
  10. Are you not seeing the match? We scored, then they called it off, then Savvidis walked to the team telling them to leave the pitch but they did not want to leave. And now everything is a mess.
  11. What? AEK has come to play anti-football. Everyone was able to see it. I am not saying it is not legitimate to play like that, but it was still anti-football.
  12. If the match does not restart it will result in a 3 point deduction. So much discussion about the match with Olympiakos and now this. Savvidis, behave yourself, we still have some minutes to go. God, I am so done with Greek football. This has become really a joke now.
  13. AEK does not want to play football, they want to destroy it haha Anyway, we need to find a way to penetrate their defense, and since our midfield is lacking creativity, we should throw Biseswar in. Those 45 minutes will be really really really tough and desperate. There is so much suspense right now that I am actually afraid to get a heart attack from whatever happens next. Πω πω
  14. Yes, you are absolutely right in that the Greek league is indeed a circus. And of course, it would be much better if Greece had the same standards and the same mentality that Canada has. Well, at least if you like Greece to become more orderly that is, since some do prefer the Balkanic mentality and do not want that Greece becomes more westernized. If we had every season a fair competition without any violence, hate and θέατρο etc pp. and just could focus on the sport we love to see. This would be indeed much more enjoyable I think. However, I do not believe that Greece is able to pull that off and become a more civilized country. Maybe things are going to be better in the future, but I would not bet on that. Greek society needs to change its mentality in order to solve the majority of issues this country is dealing with right now. Regarding football, away fans are not even allowed in stadiums anymore, because we could actually have some bloodbaths there. This is not the standard of a western country. We are a Zougla compared to countries like Canada, seeing how much hate there is. I mean, yes, I dislike Olympiakos and its practices for example, but I would not want to harm any Olympiakos fan or team member physically because of that, though some people in Greece have a different view about this and prefer to have επεισόδια. Those are the ones who should not be allowed entry into the stadiums anymore. And I am not only talking about PAOKtsides here, the fans of all the other Greek clubs have a lot of troublemakers as well. I'd say that hate and violence is the main problem in Greek football. Of course some will now say that corruption is also an issue, but considering this season, I think the situation has become much more even in comparison to the last 20 years. Although, I do not know how the situation in the lower leagues is.
  15. Yes, I agree. The rules were only partly applied. Why the match is awarded to Olympiakos is beyond me. I need to read the complete verdict when it comes out on Monday, but I see some chances here that the match will be replayed after the 3rd instance has dealt with our appeal. PAOK is not responsible that the game could not be played just because a man who payed not for his ticket was hit by a paper roll. And in case you did not know, the list of team officials listed Kontis as the coach of Olympiakos. Garcia will get sued for illegal entry into Toumpa as PAE PAOK already announced. Furthermore, Olympiakos needs to be punished for abandoning the match for a person who had no business in Toumpa. Aretopoulos needs to be punished as well for mismanagement of the match procedures and false claims in court just to save his own skin. Ό,τι λέει ο νόμος.
  16. Guys, there is no need for insults on a personal level. Just ignore what the other one said. Let's keep the Καζούρα at the club level, please.
  17. There was also a comment from a Panathinaikos fan that I think is very true.
  18. You haven't even seen the best yet. Here is a "short" selection of comments from this article Πίσω οι 3 βαθμοί στον ΠΑΟΚ Enjoy the κλάματα of our friends from the South! I really enjoy those comments. This PAOKtsi describes on point how I feel right now. For so many decades we have been "sympathetic"? But why? Because we were a minor club in the northern periphery and not a threat to them! Now thanks to Savvidis things are going to change. It is no longer the 3 of them from here on. They are afraid of us because they know that Savvidis is spending a lot of money into the club and has learned a lot since his first year as president of PAOK. A lot of them are also trying to belittle us by saying things like "AEL+1" because we had only won 2 championships in the past. What they do not realize is that history alone does not win you anything. A good team with good individuals and financial power, those are the things that make you the champion in football. That's the reason why we are called Gavroi tou Borra lately. They realize that PAOK is not anymore the little club it used to be. We have become a fierce competitor for any title in the Soupa League now.
  19. http://www.metrosport.gr/article/prosfevgi-sto-dietitiko-paok-gia-ti-mi-epanalipsi-tou-agona We are going to appeal the decision that the match was awarded 0-3 to Olympiakos. We want to replay it and are trying our luck in 3rd instance. One step at a time now that the 3 points are back.
  20. I do not want any stupidity by our fans this time! AEK is not Olympiakos, but still. Just cheer the team so that we wipe the floors with AEK and win this god damn title. @Bananas we still need to win, we have no other choice, since a tie would feel like a loss. I want to see a game like the one against Panathinaikos in the semi final last year! In other words, I want to see a demonstration of power from us. We have to trash AEK completely, so that everybody knows who the best team in the Soupa League is. A triumphant win in a full Toumpa is the way to go!
  21. I have explained in every detail why we cannot be punished with point deduction and ghost games according to law. There was no corruption involved in this decision. Only a badly written law with too many loopholes. Every club on this world would have tried to take advantage of this. It's a shame that the game will not be repeated, this would be in my opinion the only fair thing to do. But whatever.
  22. As Blackhawk already stated, basically that what should have happend in the first trial. This time the judge does not seem to be so particulary keen to punish us compared to Miss Skouliki last week. What I do not like about the judge were his comments about the scooter and how he showed empathy with Aretopoulos saying that Aretopoulos is just a human and that he was really afraid on that evening. Well, if he does not make his job right because he is afraid, and you even acknowledge that yourself, then why should we get punished for his failures? Interesting side note: The judge was actually in Toumpa on that evening. Maybe this is good for us since he should have seen the mismanagement of Aretopoulos at first hand, but we shall see. I also like the fact that he acknowledges the loopholes in the laws. Regarding those comments and the things I have read from the court liveticker I am much more confident this time that we will get our three points back and that the match will be replayed, since there are too many loopholes in the laws and we cannot be punished on a legitimate basis for what has happend. Well, we will soon find out what will happen. But what I am sure of is that Olympiakos is going to appeal any decision that does not include the 3 point deduction. They won't just give up.
κ.ο.κ.) που πάμε σε αναλογικές ερμηνείες, δηλαδή αν πεθάνει κάποιος τι θα γίνει, τι θα ισχύει; The reaction from the judge is unbelievable.
  24. "Έκτος λόγος η εσφαλμένη κρίση ως προς τη μη νόμιμη παρουσία Γκαρσία στον αγωνιστικό χώρο. Το γεγονός ότι 75 λεπτά πριν από την έναρξη του αγώνα δόθηκαν τα ονόματα, αλλά 60 λεπτά πριν δόθηκε η αντικατάσταση χωρίς καμία δικαιολόγηση (τραυματισμός κτλ.). Έρχεται ο Αρετόπουλος στην επιστολή του και φέρνει καινούριο ισχυρισμό σε αντίθεση με όσα αναφέρει ο παρατηρητής" Interesting... so we still argue that Garcia was not an official and (according to the PAOK lawyer at least) the match observer backs this up. If the judge is convinced by our evidence it would be a huge blow to Aretopoulos and his red friends.
