  1. what a tragically boring game for Skibbe to attend .. and no Pelkas or Mysta to even scout ...
  2. Matos great steal and cross! Man, if it was a bit longer ... still we need to try and keep possession this tempo favors AEK right now
  3. what a horrible error by a very experienced player - now we are truly f-ed and he misses the Panionis game ... wow. just wow
  4. link 12 from this site has been working well with not much lag at all http://www.sportp2p.com/football/562019/aek-athens-paok-saloniki-free-live-streaming-online-p2p.html @pash ya Campos was subbed because of injury - his calf maybe? it was hard to tell but it did not look very serious
  5. when is AEK going back to their home ground? the olympic stadium is too cavernous even for a "derby" game
  6. nevermind I just found one too .. http://0dt.net/video/937105.html
  7. i still can't get a link to work ... ive been listening to Metropolis ... @pash can you share your link?
  8. fastest goal against in PAOK history. Grrreeaatt...
  9. if anyone has any links please post. As much as I would like to knock AEK out of the playoffs. AEK is a team that should be playing in Europe each year. No offense to any Xanthiotes out there ...
  10. I hate the streams then will not let you go fullscreen, because then I can't stream to my television through AppleTV. I don't know why nova doesn't offer an online subscription service like Laola1 or FutboTV ...
  11. Any streaming links you guys could share? I can't get one that works...
  12. @Bananas I agree with you, Atromitos was one of those freak things that happens in football - just look at Bournemouth punking Liverpool. Which is exactly why Ivic reaction is unforgivable. I also agree that PAO got lucky on a shot the GK saves 99/100 times. However, defensive mindset or not, good teams don't go 90' without a shot on target. Most distressingly, there was little fight. Guys were not putting in the miles on the pitch. Both teams exhibited this, but I don't care about PAO. Our guys were not pressing, not moving off the ball, tackling was sloppy, they got frustrated easily, etc. In terms of personnel, yeah, we have been missing a "10" and an "8" for 2+ seasons. I'm not sure we are willing to spend to get one. The closest we got was Nacho and Noboa for a quality "8" and we couldn't pay them enough to stay. I like Ivic. I thought (think?) he could be the long term solution at manager. I have burning through coaches. I hope he stays, but he has to show he can motivate. Playing conservative with a good back line and goalkeeper is fine, but you need to have an identity on the pitch as well.
  13. After Trikala and now this lazy performance, it's fair to ask if Ivic has any support in the locker room after Atromitos/Tzavellas-gate.
  14. that's unforgivable to be caught flat footed like that ... if you let one of those in at practice, everyone gives you s%$#!, and you do it in a game?? jesus. both teams are entirely indifferent and this is what happens ... this is beyond frustrating.
  15. I just hate to see Brazilian-on-Brazilian confrontations in these times of mourning ... we can't realistically want to win this game if we continue to play deep and hope to catch lightning on the counter .. Ivic needs to be less conservative this is not a very talented PAO side.
  16. this half can't end soon enough for us ... PAO is all of a sudden getting the ball into dangerous areas
  17. Hult just body checks Campos in the back and the ref says play on ... this dude is showing his inexperience ... several missed calls just this half
  18. so far this game lacks any flow ... i can see why the over/under was just 1.8
  19. if you guys find any decent stream links plz let me know ... i'm waiting to see how LiveTV fares today
  20. let's see how the team responds today ... this will say a lot about the state of the locker room and Ivic's ability as manager. I wish Pelka was starting over Shakov but otherwise the lineup is no surprise
  21. in quotes last week, Ivic took credit for Tzavellas getting an extension saying it was he that asked Michel to make it a priority
  22. Ivic was instrumental in Tzavellas getting a contract extension before the season ... None of the comments attributed to Tzavellas justified the extreme nature of the response. I've been listening to Greek radio all morning and I think everyone feels like there must be more .. Sadly, as much as I like Ivic, I think this was a terrible overreaction to an emotional game. You just character assassinated your team captain, the most consistent player for the last two years, oh and the starting LB on the Greek NT. Now what? How we handle players has always been a sore spot for me ... Salpi is persona non-grata for little or no reason, Hatzisaias was basically put on ice after being hailed as a revelation (not even a loan for the guy - just purgatory and stunting his growth!), we f-ed Pereyra last year ... the list goes on and on. It's no wonder Christodoulopouos said years ago he would retire before he would play for PAOK again. The handling of the situation makes us look small and provincial. Good luck luring elite players here in the future when you can f--k your captain with little or no compunction.
  23. @Bananas Ivic was instrumental in getting Tzavellas a contract extension before the season, so he couldn't have honestly believed he was a cancer. So far the "quotes" that I have heard attributed to Tzavellas in no way justify the harshness of the reaction. We are talking about a team captain and basically the most steady performer on the squad for two years. This is the starting LB on the NT for chrissake! Now what happens? We beg Holebas to come out of retirement? This is an unmitigated disaster.
