There is another young Greek player that is playing in the juniors that is off to a promising start. She is ranked high I believe for that group.

We will look great against Switzerland, Bakasetas won't start, the line up will be spot on. Then against Kosovo, we revert to Bakasetas as captain.

Must be nice that a player from the ethniki, even though ruled out, came anyway in hopes he can help. Players that want to play for Greece!!

Yes - he captains them most of the time.

Limnios has played like crap the last few games with the ethniki. He has lost his confidence/form, that is why he was loaned out from the German side to a Dutch team. He has talent but what a drop off since he went to Germany.

I think bc he hasn't played in months that he may not be match fit. Don't know if he has been training with WWW. Is Pelkas injured? I wonder if VS will try incorporating both Giannoulis and Tsimikas in the starting 11. Would like to see the following: Vlacho Androutsos Papadopoulos (played really well last time) Mavropanos Tsimikas Siopis Galanopoulos Mantalos Masouras Fountas Tzolis

Was a really good game!! They could have and should have scored more.

Saw some commentary by some Liverpool fans that thought he played really well. General consensus is that he played well, had a few mistakes but looked good going forward. The coach said the same thing.

Ninis had his chance overseas, he was at Parma and bombed. Fetfa as well. Talent alone only gets you so far.

Can't really blame the Greek system for him as he was training in overseas programs for years...

They played really well. Calathes/Sloukas are deceptively quick and they play excellent team basketball. Czech did beat Canada so they will not be easy either.
