And to answer your last question: the extra spots for the big countries were taken from #11 and #12 but also from the qualifying-spots. 10 countries divide 24 sure entries in GS CL (16 of them for the top 4 countries). The other 45 countries of UEFA have the left-overs: 6 entries .........
