Dutch Eagle

Great night for the Moldovans and their Greeks. They thrashed Dinamo Zagreb in PO CL (3-0). Kolovos scored their second goal and teammate Athanasiadis (former AEK-keeper) had a clean sheet.

Elladastan confirmed once again: Οριστικό: Αναβολή στην έναρξη της Super League!

Swiderski is invited for the national team of Poland for the upcoming qualifiers against Albania, San Marino and England.

Rijeka just lost against Osijek in the Croatian League. They now have 7 points after 4 matches (2W-1D-1L).

Made his first appearance in an official game for FC Utrecht. And what a start. He was subbed in in 67' and scored in 75'. The Dutch eredivisie is a real paradise for Greek strikers.

WC 1974 matchwinner Gerd - der Bomber - Müller died at the age of 75.

Will be probably today in the starting lineup. Worthwile to mention he was the keeper with the most saves in the Eredivisie last season: 151 !!

His stats against Norwich City on MD 1 EPL: 37/46 (80%) Passes - 3/3 Long Balls - 82 Touches - 2 Shots - 1 Shot Blocked - 2/5 Dribbles - 3 Tackles - 6 Clearances

His stats against Liverpool on MD 1 EPL: 44/51 (86%) Passing - 2/3 Long Balls - 84 Touches - 1 Chance Created - 1 Key Pass - 3/4 Dribbles - 3 Tackles - 4 Clearances

The Golden Boy of PAOK moved to Norwich City for a record fee (€ 13,5 mil. including bonusses). Was announced last Thursday and was in the squad but stayed on the bench (also as EPL allows only 3 subs where other countries and UEFA allow 5). Good luck, Christo!

Another international (16 caps and two goals) without his own topic. Limnios is playing at FC Twente on loan from German side 1. FC Köln (Cologne). Started today and was subbed of in 67’ and the score being 1-1. Twente lost 2-1 at the end away at Fortuna Sittard, the club of Lazaros Rota (who played the whole match btw).

This international (14 caps as of today) had no topic. Time to open it. Made his debut in the English Premier League - after a few months in the Championship - and played the whole match. Lost against Liverpool: 0-3

Played the whole match in the opening match of the season for Liverpool. Probably because Robertson was injured. Got a clean sheet against Norwich City. If he is doing well he might give Klopp a headache which of them to start.

After playing at Hartlepool United and Thornaby Konstantopoulos retired. He just started as goalkeeper coach at Hartlepool United.

Dimitris Ioannidis’s contract was not renewed at Fortuna Sittard. He will continue his career at Rot-Weiss Ahlen in the Regionalliga, the fourth tier in Germany.

How? When? Explains his invisibility. Need to sign a decent striker ASAP. Malmö appears to have a good Croatian striker.....

FT in Rijeka. First game in Toumba btw.

2-0 FT. Made it very difficult for ourselves.

Almost the 2-1

Wow +6

Murg replacing MVP Biseswar and Taylor in for the injured Rodrigo.
