Glykos back to his old tricks.

Next stage of what? Olympiakos and PAOK will continue in Europa League even if they lose.
I think Olympiakos and Panathinaikos will advance. PAOK has a chance as well. I don't see AEK and Giannina advancing.

Sport Plus will also show the Olympiakos - Hapoel Beer Sheva game tomorrow. It will also be available on Laola1.TV
AEK's game on Thursday will be televised in Greece on Novasport.
-
Just confirmed that Larisa will be part of the Sport Plus package. This means that Kerkyra will go to the Antenna package.
In other news, OTE Sport TV will no longer be showing Football League games, as they decided not to renew the contract with the league.

The actual starting lineup:
BENCH: Brkic, Kitsiou, Tziolis, Malezas, Koulouris, Bisesvar, Mystakidis
IN THE STANDS: Melissas, Jairo, Pelkas

Ziggo Sport is the Dutch broadcaster televising the game. Also Sport 1 in Israel.

Athens is the home of the largest Epirus community outside of Epirus. Logical choice by PAS, since they are not allowed by UEFA to play in their stadium.

The International Olympic Committee decided to allow the Russian athletes to compete in Rio, but left the decision to individual sports federations. The track and Field and Weightlifting federations already banned the Russian athletes from competing in Rio games.

The Superleague coverage outside of Greece for the 2016-17 season will once again be split between Sport Plus and Antenna.
I expect the teams to be split between the two broadcasters the same way as last season. The only unknown is still PAOK. It remains to be seen if they decide to rejoin Sport Plus, or if they will continue to stream their home games on their own via Laola1.TV
I expect Larisa to be part of the Sport Plus, and Kerkyra part of Antenna, although that is just a prediction on my part.
All this pertains to TV coverage in USA, Canada and Australia.

During press conference Ivic announced that Pereyra is included in the squad for the return leg at Toumba. He was not included in tomorrow's game because he did not fit the style of game he intends on playing in Amsterdam, and that he wanted to have an option to add somebody at last minute.
-
For people in USA, Canada and Australia, tomorrow's game will be televised live on Sport Plus.
Also the game at Toumba will be streamed by Laola1.

EPO and EEA (Epitropi Epaggelmatikou Athlitismou) has a say on who can be a president and majority share holder of a professional team in Greece. They both gave the blessing to Papathanasakis to own the team.
However don't forget that this is Greece, where everything is corrupt, so it's not surprising for crooks to be able to own sports teams.
-
Kace was left off probably because he is not ready. He only joined the team practices 3 days ago. He might be on the way out, but I don't think there are any takers. I think he shot himself in the foot, when he refused to re-negotiate his contract last year demanding a lot more money that PAOK was offering, and with his manager planting false news stories that all these Italian teams were after him.

8,625 is without the 1,000 tickets given to the unemployed.
I expect the final count to be over 12,000 season tickets, if not more

List of PAOK players submitted to UEFA for the Ajax games:

The Mak transfer to Zenit is official. Announced by both Zenit and PAOK. Godd luck to him.
Varela is in Thessaloniki undergoing medical tests and will be announced any minute.

Guys cut off the personal snipes at each other or I will have to start editing and deleting things.
Everyone is entitled to an opinion as long as it is done within forum rules.

Let's not forget there were Ajax spies in the stands today. There is a reason behind the 9 sub madness by Ivic.
I just hope Matos, our best transfer so far is healthy to play on Tuesday.
-
If we get this same result in Amsterdam on Tuesday things will be good.
-
Charisis in for Cimirot
Biseswar in for pelkas
Earlier Kitsiou in for injured Matos
Dismal showing for PAOK so far.
