It was quite bad. the only highlight of the game was the goal by Murg and couple good saves by Paschalakis. If we play like this against Tripoli on Sunday we will most likely lose.
-
With a win like that it's nice to go back and enjoy this epic video:
-
We win a game without creating a single scoring chance. We played little bit better in second half, but not by much. We now have an upper hand as far as qualifying to the final, but it's definitively not over yet, but this result is much better than the 0:0 tie would have been.
-
Unbelievable!!!
-
PAOK very poor overall. Not only do we have a poor defense, we have bad offense as well. AEK dangerous on counter attacks. There is no imagination by our players. The only player that stands out is El Kaddouri. Hopefully there are no scouts from other teams watching Tzolis. His price drops down with every game he plays. I would put in Warda in order to put some life into the team, but it looks like Vieirinha will be subbed at half time due to injury.
-
Really surprised that he starts Paschalakis.

The big question is who will start in goal. My lineup would be -------------- Zivkovic --------------- Vieirinha - Ingason - Crespo - Rahman Augusto ----- El Kaddouri ---- Schwab Zivkovic ----- Krmencik ------- Tzolis
-
This will be a very close game. It will be to our benefit to score in the game. I'll take 1:1 tie.

We can be thankful that Panathinaikos only had 3 attempts on goal or the scoreline would have been much worse. Garcia outcoached the same way as in the recent game against them. They let us have useless possession in the first 30 minutes and then counter with their only chance in that half. In the 2nd half we go on all attack and miss a big chance with Crespo. Had we scored there it probably would have been a different game. Then Panthinaikos has a second shot on goal and they score. Poor wall set by Paschalakis who than is in the wrong position and jumps in the wrong direction. Three mistakes by our goalie in one play. And the rest is history.
-
Forget about it
-
Typical PAOK. Instead of winning a game we are losing.
-
I suppose he could, but it appears that he now prefers Augusto - ---------- Schwab ------- El Kaddouri ---------- That's what he did in the AEK game. I have a feeling he will do the same Sunday. Warda can come in second half depending on the score of the game at that point (if we need to score badly).
-
Vieirinha and Kagawa are back practicing with the team. Don't see Kagawa starting, but Vieirinha might. Will be interesting to see what Garcia does with Warda. Apparently he is leaning towards 4-3-3 formation, which would mean there is no spot for him. Wonder how long it will take before he goes ballistic.
