Blackhawk

Big save by Paschakakis after a tragic Sastre mistake.

No penalty but it did look like a hand ball to me.

We have a pre-season friendlies history with the Belgian team: Also we have played KAA Gent on several occasions during our pre-season training Holland: 2017: PAOK - KAA Gent 0:2 2018: PAOK - KAA Gent U23 5:0 (Mauricio, Lambrou, Pelkas, Mystakidis, Limnios) 2018: PAOK - KAA Gent 1:1 (Jaba)

The dates and times for the games against Gent: 10-Mar-2022, 19:45 EET: PAOK - KAA Gent (Toumba Stadium) 17-Mar-2022, 22:00 EET: KAA Gent - PAOK (Ghelamco Arena)

Something needs to be done with those fans. I really doubt that they even pay for a ticket to get in. At the beginning of the game they hung up a banner at Gate 5 in support of the people that murdered the Aris fan. During the game the banner was moved to Gate 4. During all this time the security did not do anything to remove the banner. At the end of the game they opened the game and some of those fans got unto the field and allegedly stealing things from the Midtylland's bench. I am pretty sure there will be a serious punishment from UEFA.

They will appeal the decision.

Only two Dutch possibilities for PAOK. Alkmaar and Feyenoord.

Draw for the Round of 16 for Conference Leagaue tomorrow. SEEDED TEAMS (PAOK will face one of these teams) Lask Linz AA Gent AS Roma AZ Alkmaar Feyenoord FC Copenhagen Stade Rennais FC Basel UNSEEDED TEAMS Bodo Glimt PSV Eindhoven Partizan Beograd Leicester City Slavia Prague Vitesse Arnheim PAOK Thessaloniki Bring me AS Roma!

We finally beat the 48 year old penalty curse. PAOK in the Round of 16.

PAOK has never won penalty shootout in European competition!!!

Penalties

Does not look like we have strength to win this game.

Almost 2:2

We were giving them too much posession.

It was a matter of time.

The Danes will have to open up and give our offense more space. I think we will have our chances to score.

Third goal should seal it. Until then we will be on the verge of a heart attack. We need to be careful defensively. They did create couple chances to score.

What a goal by Vierinha

Zivkovic after a play created by Colak. 1:0

I would rather have Biseswar fresh in the second half (and possibly extra time).

Here is a chance for Colak to prove that he can score outside of Croatia and Sweden. Lucescu is leaning towards starting with Ingason and Crespo as CB's. I would have gone with Michailidis instead of Crespo. Knowing Lucescu, he will start Biseswar. Not sure if he can be very effective playing non-stop full 90 minute games without any brakes. It will be an interesting game, which I think will go down to the wire. We just need to find a way to score goals.

Ingason and PAOK agreed to a 3-year contract extension. He will sign with the team until June 2025.

It will never happen. The Superleague teams will not allow it. More logical solution would be to limit the foreign players in the lower divisions.

Zivkovic and Augusto are at 6 yellow cards. If and when they receive their 7th card they will have to sit out two games.
