With PAOK anything is possible, but I think Savvidis is very pissed at Vierinha after refusing a contract extension worth 1 mil per season earlier this year. Actually Vierinha never replied to the offer, which probably made things worse. If what Vierinha say is true that he wants to still play, he will end up at another team. Either in Saudi Arabia with Lucescu or some Dutch team as rumored. I think egos on both sides got in a way.
