Lyratzis, Crespo, Mitrita and Murg did not make the squad for the game. Also missing is Oliveira who was rumored to be making his first start following his injury, but it was decided that he was not ready yet.

Yet another national title by the PAOK volleyball team: Men's Greek Cup Final: PAOK - Foinikas Syrros 3:0 (25:18, 33:31, 25:19)

My belief is that we have slim chances of qualifying, but anything can happen in the game of football. I just hope our players will give their all to achieve something positive.

There was never a possibility we would pay the buyout option for Mitrita after this season.

1:1 tie against Hungary, with the tying goal scored by Hungary in the last minute of the game. In the final game Greece tied Holland 0:0 finishing the competition undefeated. As a result we finished in 3rd place and failed to qualify to the finals of the competition.

In a game where the locals were chanting "Voulgari" during the game. Someone should remind them that Kavala is also part of Northern Greece and Macedonia. Talk about low IQ.
-
Enjoy the game guys. We expect live reports from the Velodrome.

It's all psychological. I think Sakkari and Tsitsipas need to develop the killer instinct. In many instances they start a match great winning the first set, but then go downhill in the next set. It is then harder to pick things up and win the third and deciding sets. They need to start taking their games to the next level and finishing the matches. Having said that I think Sakkari has greatly improved in the last 2 years. On the other hand Tsitsipas has not made that much progress.

Zivkovic played 45 minutes for Serbia in the 3:0 loss to Denmark. Big disaster for the U21 team, losing 4:0 to Portugal and in the process also losing the chance to finish first in the group.
-
0:4 final score. Total disaster.

Lyratzis in the starting lineup against Montenegro. Paschalakis on the bench. I don't understand these NT coaches that never rotate the goalies in the friendly games.
-
It was a fake injury so he would not have to travel to Europe for the Poland games. Something PAOK should have done with Biseswar and his trip to Thailand.
-
Portugal tied with Iceland last Friday so we are 1 point ahead of them in the standings. However Portugal has one game less. We play Portugal (home) Cyprus (away) Portugal (away) Portugal plays Greece (away) Belarus (away) Liechtenstein (away) Greece (home) If we beat them tomorrow and beat Cyprus in June we will need just a tie in Portugal to finish in 1st place assuming Portugal defeats Belarus and Liechtenstein.
-
After losing in the first round of the Miami this weekend she will likely drop in the rankings.
-
We can only add 2 players if they come from the Ukrainian or Russian leagues. Deadline is April 1, and am 99.9% certain that we will not be adding any players to the squad.
-
1:1 tie against Slovakia in the Elite round of Euro for the U-17 team, which is being played in Holland. Next game against Hungary.
-
U21 NT defeated Liechtenstein 4:0 today. Three important games coming up which will determine if we win the group. Must win on Tuesday against Portugal.
-
Tzolis ads another one for the U21 NT. Final score Greece - Liechtenstein 4:0.

Mitrita starting for Romania in the Romania - Greece friendly. No other PAOK players starting in the game. Only ex-PAOK players Pelkas and Limnios. Lyratzis and Paschalakis on the bench.
