  1. Mihaj deal is official. We are left with 3 senior CB's and one of them will not be back until November.
  2. Resale clause does not apply in this case since Charisis's contract that included the resale clause expired 2 seasons ago and Atromitos resigned him to a new contract before 2021-2022 season. We are getting nothing.
  3. Under Savvidis PAOK won more titles in 10 years than the team won in 86 years prior to him taking over. Without Savvidis the team would have dropped to 3rd division and come back with a different team name and starting to accumulate more debt again. The Champions League dream is still achievable as long as he remains running the club. With some planted puppet from the government to run the team we would never be in the running for titles and we would be back to being an average team finishing in 4th place.
  4. Three athletes qualifying to the finals on the first day of the championships. Tentoglou with 7.96m finishing 2nd overall in the long jump Stefanidi with 4.50 finishing 3rd overall in pole vault (almost did not make it, barely clearing 4.40 on 3rd attempt) Anagnostopoulou with 58.13m finishing 10th overall in discus throw The rest of the athletes were eliminated with mediocre results: Polak with 4.40m finishing 17th overall in pole vault Spanoudaki with 11.62 finishing 19th overall in 100m Tsiamis with 15.99 m finishing 15th overall in triple jump Pantazis with 15.86 m finishing 18th overall in triple jump Andrikopoulos with 15.39 m finishing 19th overall in triple jump
  5. Would not be surprised if the Spartans make it to the group stage eliminating Partizan. Remember Ostersund that eliminated PAOK went to Round of 32 in Europa League before being eliminated by Arsenal. PAOK's problem was that they went to the Levski game completely unprepared and paid for it.
  6. And he did not give you a piece of the action, so that's why you are trolling these forums with your BS.
  7. AEL Arena belongs to Pilidakis and the current ownership of AE Larisa does not want to play there due to high rental prices.

  10. Looks like we reached a deal with Famalicao for Mihaj. Player will sign for 3 years, while PAOK will get 250K + 50% of any resale. That pretty much leaves us with 3 center backs (Ingason, Kargas, Koulierakis).
  11. The mighty Spartans from Malta eliminated Levski in a thriller that was decided on the penalty kicks.
  12. 10 years ago on this day, Ivan Savvidis took control of PAE PAOK and saved the team from destruction. In the last 10 years Savvidis has invested 165 million Euro in the team and made the team a real contender in Greece. Let's hope he lasts at least 10 more years and fulfils his dream to build a new stadium for the team.
  13. Famalicao has showed interest in acquiring 50% of the rights for Mihaj, but apparently PAOK turned them down.
  14. That is really f---ed up logic. I really don't see any reason why fans, TV and media are not allowed to see this friendly game. Everyone at the front office must be on vacations and they don't want to be bothered with minor details. Still waiting for an announcement if PAOK TV will be showing the PAOK home Superleague games. First game is only week and a half away.
  15. Emmanoulidou withdrew from the 4x100 relay team due to injury. That's two of our top 3 sprinters out of the relay team.
  16. Drisbioti might have a chance at a medal. She's in form and some of the competitors from the world championship decided to take part in 20K. I would say Tentoglou gold, Stefanidi and Drisbioti silver or bronze. The only other possibilities at medal are Tzengo and/or Frantzeskakis if they have a good day, but they are a long shot in my opinion.
  17. El Kaddouri and Oliveira are back taking part in full practices. I think both will get some playing time in the Volos friendly. Also, Michailidis has started limited practice sessions, but he is still long way before rejoining the team.
  18. Looks like our last game before the first SL game will the friendly on Sunday against Volos at Toumba. Kick-off time 19:30 EEST.
  19. Also Jaba to be loaned to some Saudi team. Boto is slowly unloading the excess garbage.
  20. Here is the final list of athletes travelling to Munich. Extra athletes were chosen for the relay teams and final decisions who will run will be taken in Munich. Vasiliou (400m and 4x400 m relay) dropped out of the championships due to injuries. She will really be missed in the relay competition. MEN 200 m: Panagiotis Trivyzas (Panathinaikos Athens ) – (PB: 20.58 - SB: 20.70) High Jump: Antonis Merlos (PAOK Thessaloniki) – (PB: 2.23m - SB: 2.22m) Pole Vault: Emmanouil Karalis (Olympiakos Piraeus) – (PB: 5.80m - SB: 5.61m) Long Jump: Miltos Tentoglou (GS Kifisia) – (PB: 8.60m – SB: 8.36m) Triple Jump: Dimitris Tsiamis (Olympiakos Piraeus) – (PB: 17.55m – 16.82m) Triple Jump: Andreas Pantazis (AO Megara) – (PB: 16.86m – 16.49m) Triple Jump: Nikos Andrikopoulos (AE MEsogeion Ameinias) – (PB: 16.73m – 16.29m) Hammer Throw: Christos Frantzeskakis (GS Eleftherios Venizelos) – (PB: 78.15m – PB: 78.15m) Hammer Throw: Michalis Anastasakis (GS Eleftherios Venizelos) – (PB: 77.72m – SB: 77.36m) 35 km Walk: Alexandros Papamichail (AO Mykonos) – (PB: 2:34:48.0 - SB: 2:34:48.0) 4x100 m Relay: Trivyzas, Nyfantopoulos, Zikos, Vrontinos, Garaganis, Panagiotopoulos) (PB: 38.67 – SB: 39.10) WOMEN 100 m: Rafaela Spanoudaki (GS Ilioupolis) – (PB: 23.11 - SB: 23.24) 200 m: Artemis Anastasiou (Panathinaikos Athens) – (PB: 23.31 - SB: 23.31) 100 m Hurdles: Anaida Karagianni (AEK Athens) – (PB: 13.15 - SB: 13.15) 100 m Hurdles: Elisabet Perisidou (GS Kifisia) – (PB: 12.93 - SB: 13.17) 400 m Hurdles: Dimitra Gnafaki (Panathinaikso Athens) – (PB: 56.55 - SB: 56.55) High Jump: Tatiana Gousin (GS Kifisia) – (PB: 1.91m - SB: 1.90m) Pole Vault: Katerina Stefanidi (AO Filothei) – (PB: 4.91m - SB: 4.70m) Pole Vault: Eleni Klaudia Polak (AO Megara) – (PB: 4.70m - SB: 4.50m) Long Jump: Vasiliki Chaitidou (PAOK Thessaloniki) – (PB: 6.49m - SB: 6.49m) Triple Jump: Spyridoula Karydi (Panathinaikos Athens) – (PB: 14.19m - SB: 13.82m) Discus Throw: Chrysoula Anagnostopoulou (GS Ilioupolis) – (PB: 62.40m - SB: 62.40m) Hammer Throw: Stamatia Skarveli (GS Trikala) – (PB: 71.43m - SB: 71.43m ) Javelin Throw: Elina Tzengo (AS Kentavros Halkidiki) – (PB: 65.40m - SB: 65.40m) 20 km Walk: Christina Papadopoulou (Panellinios Athens) – (PB: 1:32:53.0 - SB: 1:37:20.0) 35 km Walk: Kyriaki Filtisakou (GS Eleftherios Venizelos) – (PB: 2:51:51.0 - SB: 2:51:51.0) 35 km Walk: Efi Kourkoutsaki (GAS Ilissos Athens) – (PB: 3:02:27.0 - SB: 3:02:27.0) 35 km Walk: Antigoni Drisbioti (ASS Alexandros Makedonias) – (PB: 2:41:58.0 – SB: 2:41:58.0) 4x100 m Relay: Spanoudaki, Anastasiou, Emmanoulidou, Pesiridou, Michailidou, Bern, Tsoukala) - (PB: 43.07 – SB: 44.56) 4x400 m Relay: Ferra, Mourta, Gnafaki, Politi, Zygori) (PB: 3:20.20 – SB: 3:34.29) I believe we will see 2 - 4 medals for Greece at these championships. The 2 certain ones I think will be Tentoglou and Stefanidi.
  21. It's not official yet, but almost a done deal. Purchase clause set at 350K if he plays certain amount of games.
  22. If he leaves on his own, he needs to come up with 7 mil Euro due to a clause in the contract with PAOK.
  23. What a joke. Just because they completely erased the punishment for the 2 game ban to Panathinaikos they had to appear "fair" and erased our 3 game ban. However they still kept the fine, which they did not for Panathinaikos. Looking at it, the Cup final took place in a church type environment.
  24. The score could have easily been 4:0. Cuesta the MVP of the game. At the end the big missed chance to make it 2:1 might be a deciding factor going into the game next week.
  25. Apparently PAOK is withholding Jaba's wages for the past two months since he has not returned from his 1 week vacation that was granted to him.
