They need to get a little more serious in the second half though, we *should* win this 2-0. I'd put in Akpom for Prijovic and Biseswar centrally for either El Kaddouri or Jaba. Wouldn't mind seeing Wernbloom in the dying minutes if we are comfortably ahead.

Poor Biseswar

Vlachodimos has been holding out for a German call-up for quite some time. He also was a part of their youth setup, as my sweet paokarag4 says. His brother, I think, leans the other way. The funny thing about his success (so far) at Benfica is that the better he gets, the more likely the Germans will want him.

Didn't even notice Limnios wasn't in the list. Good move. He deserves the rest and will surely start on Wednesday

Just noticed on the team's website that Charisis renewed his contract before going out on loan, through 6/2020. They didn't mention a clause, but I can't imagine it's less than last year (1.2mm? 1.4mm?)

El Kaddouri didn't play only because he had missed some training. I still think Lucescu would start him first. Personally, I think Warda is the better player, and their positions should be flipped in the above.
