Could be. But didn't he get checked out initially, get cleared, and then after he still "felt discomfort," go back to France to get checked out? And at that point, had additional surgery to remove scar tissue? It seems odd to me that fake surgery could occur.

I wonder about Leveque too. Not sure how a contract can be rendered invalid due to injury, unless there's some proof that he's faking it? Which, to me, it seems he might be at this point. I would like to know how side of things, personally. El Kaddouri probably never wanted to leave Italy. I got the same impression from him when he came, that I got from Kacheridi this summer. You can just TELL when some people are not interested in joining the team; expressions speak volumes. I know Lucescu doesn't want to drop him but in my opinion, this is good news. It is also my understanding that his family lives there (so, he moved here on his own?). Always a great sign. Perhaps if Wernbloom's wife had heard that was a possibility, he would have come here earlier too.

I'd say that's a pretty good price too, all things considered.

Warda leaving is what gave us the space for him, but I'm concerned with El Kaddouri leaving we're going to end up with even more loanees. Personally, I don't think Lucescu is going to play him until there's an emergency. He's already said it'll be at least a month until he's ready to play.

I'll be happy enough to see him go, in spite of his much-improved performances these last two matches. Hopefully we don't dip into the market to get yet another six-month loanee. If Lucescu is that worried about depth, perhaps we can take on the rehabilitation of Lamprou (who is in Thessaloniki to recover from some injury). This move out might be what it takes to see Vieirinha play in his preferred position. -edit- Here's another one that makes no sense.
