Agreed. We have too many village teams. Not a challenge, and it serves to tire out players all the more. It also doesn't help that we have this awful playoff system in place, which tacks on even more at the end. Also does not help that destitute players from shitball teams are more likely to be...financially persuaded to undertake certain actions. 16 sounds right, wouldn't complain too much about 14.

At least part of the question is, how big of an influence does the competition he'll be playing in have on his choice? If BVB win the cup, then they'll be guaranteed entry to the Europa League's group stage. If that's enough for him, and he is happy at the time, I don't necessarily see him moving for an EPL team that either will be in the same competition, or won't be playing in Europe the next year.

Just finished watching Daredevil. Every time I think I'm tired of superhero movies/shows, Marvel knocks another one out of the park. A very welcomed change of pace from most superhero flicks, much darker and more violent (almost gruesome) than what we're used to. Fisk might be the best comic book villain I've seen yet.
