^Good point I think it's a lot safer and better for Greece if Belgium beat Bosnia as we pretty much always knew that a World Cup qualification would most likely go through a playoff for us anyways. But if the Bosnians win or Draw against Belgium then Belgium becomes a lot harder for us to get points from in Athens and that might give Bosnia 2nd.

Lets be completely honest we all fell in love with the 2004 team because of there passion dedication and will to compete and how committed they were to the style of play that was forced upon them but there is no way they were more some skilled then most of our core players today. We do have more and more players playing outside Greece for some big name teams more then ever before which is a huge positive. I still think our team could be better with some players that haven't been given an opportunity. I don't want to sound like a Broken record but I've now watched the last couple of games Holebas has played in and what a weapon we have lost on our national team. Even Fetfa should be given another look as the guy can really turn guys inside out, even Laz should be given a chance. Kone and Ninis I haven't heard much about so I'm not sure how they're doing. If Donis could pan out then that solves one of our positions, now we need to figure out our mid which did look good with Zeca last game. Giannatos should also have some more playing time.

^I completely agree they should have points deducted... They have a huge task now to take any points against Belgium playing in an empty stadium and that just might give us 2nd. On the flip side it would have been nice to see Belgium drop a couple points and draw Bosnia which would have given us a chance at first..

In order for us to try out more players we need to have more friendlies. I don't know why we don't schedule more freindies to help move up the FIFA rankings and to try young talent and different combinations.

Bakaseta should not be starting we have much better options.

The playoffs is not guaranteed so lets not jump the gun. I always believe in taking it one game at a time because all it takes is one mistake against Estonia or Cyprus and all of a sudden we don't hold our own destiny. I truly believe Bosnia will beat all the teams and draw Belgium so Greece needs to take care of business...

He should also give Lazaros another shot even if it's a bench option.

Can we at least agree that bakasteas should not be starting for the NT as there much better options then him. I also would love to see Lazaros have a shot and Donis start getting more regular time with our team to see what he can do.

Are you saying second place is off limits for Greece now because Mantalos missed? I think you mean first place is off limits.

Both teams wrote statements of what happened and the officials wrote notes as well. FIFA will go back and watch video and take all the notes into consideration. Based on all of that information if they don't punish Bosnia to the extreme then they are out right idiots. They need to give a huge punishment and Stand up for visiting fans that get assaulted for cheering for an apposing team.

@Dean97 I completely agree I hope this happens but since the game was over I think the most that will happen is a fine and a closed stadium. They absolutely deserve to drop points because that will make the barbaric fans and players really feel it. I pray FIFA make an example out of these dirt bags..

@Rockafeller Skank I agree.. Estonia is a tricky team and they wont be easy and our boys need to take them serious. Even when we beat them they had the better of the chances and pressed the game, And a superior team like Belgium to only score twice says a lot about Estonia.. Manolas is going to miss the game? I thought Sokratis is out for the Estonia game due to his second yellow. Manolos as well?

Really Dude?? Considering that's a Bosnian website its just a little bit bias...Why not show Dzeko and the Bosnians complaining over every call and falling to the ground on every play like they've been shot. Stop bitching.. you guys couldn't score and break down our defence so stop looking for phantom penalty calls in order for you guys to win the game.

The ref was fair... every little thing that happened the Bosnians were waiving there hands in the air. it was a well called game. don't listen to the excuses. I watched the entire game..

Say what you want but if this team starts looking ahead to the Belgium game then they will get upset by Estonia. This is a game where we should definitely win but if we play loose defensively and only focus on offence we have the potential to give up a goal. This is the reason we lost to the garbage teams in the euro.. If we go playing organized and move the ball around then we shouldn't have a problem.
