We deserved to eat that goal there it was only a matter of time.. Has Poyet not seen enough? Why wouldn’t he make a change at this point..

Most of our possessions have been from our side of mid field and full of back passes. This is a bad overall performance to this point.

Man we look terrible..

very sloppy start.

Tell me you guys noticed the minute Bakasetas came on our offence went to s%$#!, no flow and sloppy passes.

Perfect cross by Rota!

Nice goal!!

Ridiculous…

Hahaha 5 minutes later they say no goal…WTF???

Goal!!

Ya I guess. .… We know what Mantalos brings to the team which is not much, I wanted to see Alexandropoulos start.. Any idea of the status of Fortounis?

Mantalos, Pelkas and Rota??? Why FFS??‍♂️

Regarding Manolas, Soivas Korubelis the plan was to call them up but they have a busy schedule so he left them sit out of the friendlies but plans to have them for the Nations League games in June.

Staf made no sense to me either. It would have been nice to see Manolas and Siovas even in the friendlies though so they can have a few games to build some chemistry with the team. I do like how Poyet said in the press conference he needs to have his core starters that start all the time and then they can sub out a few players here and there. From the list of players the midfield still looks to still be a very big problem for us but that's obviously not on Poyet but rather the lack of talent we have in that position.

This explains why Manolas and company were not called up. Εθνική Ελλάδος: Χωρίς Μανωλά, Σωκράτη οι πρώτες κλήσεις του Πογέτ, έκπληξη με Κουρφαλίδη (sport24.gr)

Looks Like Poyet wants Monals, Siovas and Socrates part of the team. whether he chooses to call them up for the friendly remains to be seen but he definitely wants them part of the nations League and Euro.. Εθνική Ελλάδος: Θετικό το κλίμα για Μανωλά, Παπασταθόπουλο και Σιόβα (sport24.gr)

Does anyone know when Poyet is going to announce his call ups?

After reading that I'm concerned as well. Lets hope it works out.

He talks about Manolas, Socrates and Siovas.

When is Poyet going to do a press conference? I'm curios to hear what he says.. Also when a new coach usually comes in he my start his first couple games with a very similar line up that the previous coach had so he can evaluate each player unless he's familiar with Greek soccer and the players...

Anyone know if Poyet is going to do a press conference? i know his signing is officially tomorrow..
