Pitor Lisek increased his seasons best at 5.93 Emmanuel Karalis can win bronze since that spot is wide open after Renaud Lavillenie and Pitor Lisek Armand Dulpantis isn't competing in Europe, he is competing for his college LSU. The Russian Timor Morgonov isn't competing either.

3 medals sounds reasonable, but as we witnessed in Berlin, 3 other athletes unexpectedly won medals along with the 3 favorable ones. We have a very good group of Greek athletes here. Greece never won 2 gold medals in the same European Athletics Indoor Championships before. I read an article that Glasgow 2019 will host 637 athletes (a new record for this event). This should be an exciting one.
