  1. 91-86 loss away last night to Anadolu. Now means PAO will face Bourousis and Laboral in the playoffs, without home court advantage. It is a tough series to call, I think both teams have the same record. Hopefully PAO aren't going to regret missing out on home court, since they are much stronger in OAKA. The main problem will trying to stop Bourousis, who is having an MVP season, because I'm not convinced by Radulijca's defending. Calathes and Diamantidis will have a big role given their experience and Williams needs to be on his game.

  2. I don't disagree that we are not training hard enough... but our NT players play in Serie A, Bundesliga, Belgium ,Portugal .... and there are other factors why our club results have been less than spectacular... not surprisingly..OSFP has been getting their regular 9,10 pts in UCL for several years..which is good historically for teams of this level....so no drop off even though the bar has been raised. Tripoli showed last season how a well organized club can be very competitive

  3. I agree with RS. There is no evidence that we lack training. If your not taking drugs its very hard to build muscle. Plus where is the evidence that we are physically inferior? Since when has Ethniki been out-muscled? In terms of not being fit I disagree there too. Our style makes up chase the ball like headless chickens while the other team just effortlessly passes it around.

  4. So today the public unions went on strike to protest pension reforms, which are badly needed by the way. No flights taking off or landing at airports, accountants and lawyers also on strike so lawful taxpayers can't file their tax returns and are not being granted an extension. We also have migrants rioting in Piraeus and Greece is only days away from being kicked out of international soccer competitions. Wow......what a truly F***ed up state of affairs. The austerity measures are harsh, yes, but at the end of the day, it's Greece's own fault they put themselves in this position to begin with.

  5. And these 5 suspects will likely be released tonight and likely serve no jail time. Just another day in Syriza World.

  6. I believe he is running a football clinic Akritis, looks like he's received a warm welcome from South Melbourne, I saw he was at Melbourne Club Paok signing shirts and having photos taken with fans.
