I was very impressed with Tzolis, Retsos and Kourbelis today. Karetsas looked rusty but still had moments of quality, he'll be better for the run. It's clear Jovanovic wants to play with a number 10. Kostoulas isn't that IMO, he is a striker or he isn't starting. The lack of attacking mids forced him to rotate strikers through the no.10 position, which didn't really work. They all looked invisible for large stretches, Tetti was probably the most involved and he played on the wing when he came on. I think while Konstantelias is out (either injured or excluded himself) it maybe worth reverting to a midfield 3 with no dekari. Tzolis and Karetas create enough, I don't think shoehorning a striker into the no.10 role is sustainable. Regardless the team showed great heart and resilience to get the 3 points. Was a huge result in the context of the group. Looking forward to the upcoming matches!

I wonder how that will translate for us fans living outside of Greece. Will Sport FM TV make their platform available globally and we subscribe direct? Or will they maintain the status quo and on sell the rights to Antenna/Sport Plus.

For sure we deserved it! The way we pulled it off was impressive though. I have to admit Kourbelis had a good match overall but when we were down in the 2nd half I wanted him subbed. I think Douvikas should get a start in Germany. Greece can get a result their. I see an open match 1-1. Havertz got injured in todays match and will be out.

We deserved to win that game. What a high going into Germany now! We got our three points, so there’s no pressure. We still need to clean up our defence as we were lucky not to concede a second.

HELLAS WIN! Great comeback! We have so many attacking options its ridiculous.. Teteh and Douvikas came in and were incredible. Tzimikas what a cross on the goal. Tzolis an incredible footballer what a match! Greece need to work on the defensive side of the ball hard to believe that is our main issue after all these years of solid defending.
