he's done nothing....everyone is a puppet to Tzigger... no-one can do anything with or without his approval.... Tzigger has veto power over all the PAO soccer minds, which is why we self destruct :ph34r:

I didn't vote because of the 2 choices. I think he cares about the team but I'm not sure he has done much for it. If it's true (like Bidis, among many others, said recently) that there's lots of tension within the team, then Apostolakis has NOT done his job.

I'm not an insider, so I can't say anything with much certainty. Maybe he wants and is able but the internal culture, the way Tzigger runs things, he can't do anything. Or, maybe he doesn't have the knowledge/personality to do anything.

Because I believe the internal culture within an organization is very important, whomever sets this culture is very much responsible for the outcome. Also, institutional memory is just as important. At least Apostolakis provides that. I'd even like to see Warzycha and other PAO greats involved in the team. Do you know what I'm saying?
