You create the internal culture of respect, professionalism, encourage innovation and you have experts to guide you not kiss your ass! To begin with, you need, I think, more Greek players that know of the club's history and importance, but you also create a policy whereas the employees (including the players) know they have the respect and support of the company... you can hold them accountable when they don't perform, but you can't expect greatness if you don't respect your employers and you care more about people kissing your ass than people who know their stuff.... I never want to see a player with a "name" on this team again unless they play 100%. F*** big name signings, theyve never done anything for us, and never will. Every great player at this club has not been a 'major' sigining.... midfield is totally worthless....no substance at all..Ivan-"shits" and Bovio holding.....my favourite move was when Backe substituted Bovio (a dmid with more creativity than any midfielder on this team) for.........Tziolis, ANOTHER DEFENSIVE MIDFIELDER. what the F***!? oh and speaking of signigs.......how about shitty romero, and Antonsson's mistake to sink the 2-0....not to mention the guy almost hit an own goal in Aigaleo....these guys are welcome at the club anyday, but if you dare to ask money or score insane amounts of goals for the club being ethnically greek be prepared to be kicke dout. Vardinogiannis is another of many jackasses in Greece who beleive everything foreign is simply superior.......WRONG. Greek athletes are some of the best in the world. I hate the greeks who areself-demeaning all the tie... Thats what happens when you sign a player PURELY on his ethnic background. The first goal was unlucky for Galino as he tried to hit the ball down but it bounced of his knee and went in, everyone in the stadium was in shock. The ref was a m#$%! sooooo many ppl wanted to kill the guy when he didnt call the penalty when they knocked Salpi down in the box in the 1st half. But anyways we missed alot of chances Biscan should have been taken off after the first half, Pap played like ass,same with Salpi he missed 2 amazing chances and same with Romero!!!!!, on Goumas, Vyntra and Darlass sucked, Bovio had a better game then the first game, but you know what the biggest hole in our team is? WE HAVE NO F***N LEADER!!!!!!!! I'll upload some pics I took when I get to an internet cafe cuz my cousin only had dial up and it will take forever. Anyways ppl where not happy at all especially when we lost the mid in the second half and Bakke didnt make any changes. Oh well 2nd game of the season we should take this game as a big lesson not to take teams lightly. Man if we could have finished a few of our chances the game would be very different.
