Irlandos
Voters seem to have placed Paolo Rossi in a much higher spot than he belongs... The list has him followed be several footballers who were better than he was plus kept their name clean ;)
Irlandos
Considered by most to be the best footballer of the world, prior to Pele, Ferenc Puskas ranks 11th (!) in this poll. I think a weighted system is in order to adjust for those least represented...
Irlandos
Eh! Now I am getting mad! Eusebio 7th? The only European player who could compare with him, IMHO, is Johan Cruyff!

Irlandos
Late in his career, Eusebio did come to N. America. The move wasn't unusual as many stars came over: Cruyff, Best, Moore, Banks, Beckenbauer and Pele to name a few. I remember him playing for the Boston franchise alongside long-term teammate Antonio Simoes. He may have played for Toronto after that.
Irlandos
Zidane first in the UEFA poll while Puskas is not even in the top 10? I think honours such as these should be voted on by veteran sportscasters and reporters so as to cut down the heavy slant towards modern players. Over all, however, this was not a very bad vote. ZeeKoei
only 2 Belgians in the top 100? Michel Preud’Homme and Eric Gerets Where is Jean Marie Pfaff? ?? How about Paul Van Himst? yeah, Van Himst also is one of our greatest, but he's a bit older now, and the older you get, the easier they forget you Pfaff was the best keeper of his generation in the 80's, best keeper at the World Championships (Mexico) and best keeper of the world, played many years for Bayern Munich and was farout the best Belgian keeper ever, this is why it's so strange that Preud'homme is in the list and Pfaff isn't.
