Panserraikos - 53 points Round 30: Akratitos 3. Levadiakos - 53 points QUALIFIED Round 30: Poseidon Neon Porron (2-0 forfeit) 4. Akratitos - 53 points Round 30: at Panserraikos 5. Kastoria - 51 points Round 30: at Niki Volos Looks like the deciding game will be between Panserraikos and Akratitos in Serres. Winner of that game qualifies to A' Ethniki. Kastoria's only chance is for them to beat Niki Volos, and then the Serres - Akratitos game ends in a tie. I know this may sounds like a dumb question but losing every game 2-0 seems a little too consistent for them to have not done something wrong (violating league rules, forefits. etc) Clarification on this would be greatly appreciated. The team could not field enough players for the games from the beggining of the season, since their owner was arrested for drug trafficking. The team tried to merge with other teams (Pierikos), but EPAE would not allow it. from what i understand the team will try to re-group and possibly merge with another team and take part in C' Division next season. Korisos Posted May 29, 2005 Share Posted May 29, 2005 as far as i know Pierikos isn't it a 4th division club? if the merge had gone through, they would have had amateurs playing in the 2nd division! this whole situation is really embarrassing for Greek football. They had great achievements in history (1987 I guess) and I really really hope they will go on to create a fifth powerhold for Greek soccer.
