Senior players (Kassapis, Teo, Tsiartas and Kostenoglou) met with Demis when he was in Greece and agreed that the team will take pay-cuts. Im led to beleive that those players spoke to the players about it before-hand. There was plenty of talk about players leaving and an exodus happening at our club but the fact remains that when a figure of high-respect comes in and is willing to sacrifice his own career for the good of the club, it puts everything in perspective towrads his former-teammates' frame of mind.
