Alex, I looked at last year's draw and both Atromitos & Asteras were in the second qualifying round, those games were played the last week of July and the first week of August.  I'm guessing the same will happen this year.

Διαβάζω ότι πέρσι έπαιζε κλασσικό δεξί μπακ στην πρωταθλήτρια ΑΙΚ Στοκχόλμης, αλλά στη νέα σεζόν που ξεκίνησε παίζει δεξί μπακ-χαφ.

After today's cup results, Aris have clinched a Europa League qualification spot. Bravo on a good year and hope you do well for the sake of Greece's coefficient.

Thanks mate. We hope so too, because Greece isn't doing very well in the rankings at the moment. Smaller clubs like Panionios, Tripoli, Atromitos etc. struggle to bring points to Greece (vs. Aris & and a healthy PAO)...

Aside from Sundgren, Aris apparently has secured a player currently playing in the SL.  Who he is and what position he plays has not been revealed yet.

Almand, you are spot on, no way we can compete financially with other teams if they really want him.  This is the risk you take when you bring in players on loan.  Let's hope they can find another Garcia this offseason.

Με πλέι οφ θα αναδειχθεί ο Πρωταθλητής της Super League για την αγωνιστική περίοδο 2019-20, όπως αποφάσισε το διοικητικό συμβούλιο του Συνεταιρισμού.

Η απόφαση που πάρθηκε (ομόφωνα) είναι να διεξαχθούν πλέι οφ, για τις θέσεις 1-6 και πλέι άουτ για τις θέσεις 7-14. Δεν έχει γίνει γνωστό, ακόμη, με πόσους βαθμούς θα ξεκινήσουν οι ομάδες τη διαδικασία των αγώνων κατάταξης, αν θα «κουβαλήσουν» δηλαδή τη βαθμολογία της κανονικής περιόδου ή αν θα σχηματιστεί ειδική βαθμολογία. Το πιο πιθανό είναι η βαθμολογία της κανονικής περιόδου να μεταφερθεί αυτούσια.

Να σημειωθεί ότι τη νέα χρονιά η απόφαση που υπάρχει είναι να υποβιβαστούν δύο ομάδες και μένει να ξεκαθαρίσει αν θα «πέσουν» απευθείας ή ένας απευθείας και ένας μέσω μπαράζ. Το συγκεκριμένο σενάριο υπερίσχυσε της πρότασης για πλέι οφ για τις θέσεις 1-4, 5-8 και πλέι άουτ για τις θέσεις 9-14. Επίσης, δεν προχώρησε ούτε η πρόταση του προέδρου της Λίγκας για ενδιάμεσο γύρο.

Τα πλέι οφ επιστρέφουν λοιπόν, στη… ζωή της μεγάλης κατηγορίας έπειτα από δύο αγωνιστικές περιόδους απουσίας ενώ προστίθεται στη διαδικασία για πρώτη φορά από καταβολής της Α’ Εθνικής, η πρώτη ομάδα της κανονικής περιόδου.
