Jumptv is a $%$%#% piece of crap. The server is busy and slow and can't handle all the users. They should have #$#$@#$ known this from before. I am sending an email that I want my money back. Never ,,, ever again from the $#$@$ internet.

Jumptv is absolute s%$#!. Their service is HORRIBLE. Paid for a game and only watched half an hour or so. Everytime I tried to steam the game a message came up from their site saying "Due to its success, the web-site is handling too many users"!!!

It would be nice if people sent in their opinions about various services

for streaming the game.

I know two friends of mine who paid for the greekiptv service and they

did not get to see anything. They paid on Thursday for a whole month

and they did not get their passwords or pins yet. So they regret paying

the 20 Euros. On the other hand, another friend of mine bought the

jumptv pass. He said he watched the Lithouania-France game with

perfect quality and no problems. Then I went to his house to watch

the Greece-Turkey game and the server was down the first 25'.

We missed the Greek goal. The jumptv people activated the so-called

"emergency" server, and we watched from the 25th minute till the end,

unfortunately only Turkish goals. The quality was acceptable, but there

was a little breaking here and there. Please post your opinions.

There does not seem to be a 100% reliable site, but which is one

is less bad?

I should add that I could not find the scoundrels site.

On www.scoundrels.com I only find irrelevant stuff.

I purchased Greece-Turkey on Demand and it was the same experience. The first 20 minutes were cut off and throughout the match there was frequent breaking and freezing of the picture.

The saving grace I see for Jump TV is that it is their first time (I believe) streaming matches so hopefully they'll improve.

Why does it always post "scoundrals.com" instead of the link?

I just found out that the two friends of mine who paid 20+ Euros to see the

Greece-Turkey match and did not manage to watch anything did this with

scoundrels and not greekiptv. (At least one of them paid Thursday but

did not get any access yet.)

So the greeknet tv seems to be an unreliable service.

This service seems to work well when there is no much demand,

but at difficult times, it blows it up.

I don't have information on greekiptv. If anyone has seen the game

on greekiptv please post your opinion (and information when you registered).

I wathed the game from UEFA.com streaming (streamed through videosport.com or jumpTV).

It cost 4.99 Euro for the live performance plus highlights for the next 24 hours.

http://euro2008.videosport.com/index.php

I started the transaction to sign up five minutes before the game, and after countless redirects, email confirmations, and tries I began watching the game in the 24th minute. I got the message about "our site's success is our plight" and I send them an email. They said they will give me a refund.

I have a fast internet connection (~3Mbps) and even so there were several buffering interruptions, but not too bad. It was better than not watching the game at all.

The announders were British, and honestly for yesterday's game I preferred that. They knew football and they pointed out several fine aspects of the plays as they developed.

Pronouncing the names of the Greek players was the low point. They kept saying Katsaroones and Staridis the entire game
