Its 200?? So your saying 400 now?
-
Double the bet you mean to 200? I'm down with that
-
Don't worry... our defense isn't far behind..... Platania actually had many chances against the gavro... they were lucky not to score 2 goals in that game....and they were playing at Karaiskaki If our defense isn't on the same page... I can easily see them scoring at least 1 on us
-
Glad to see that he has acclimated to playing older guys Last year he was terrible... this year he is tearing it up
-
Apopse tha doume tin gnwsti tariffa tou gavrou

I've been up since 5 AM... if I get a chance today I"ll find another link
-
Don't have time to find the article again.. but its' pretty well known Was documented for a few days how much Essien had to suffer to get back into shape
-
Its all over the place dude With Essien crying that our trainer was going to "kill him"... i provided a link to it earlier
-
I don't know the exact time he was out, however I do know that he was stopped by cops on a check point... they usually don't start checkpoints till after 10 or 11.... so you can infer that he was out past curfew which is 10 Second... if your overweight and trying to stay in shape... WHY THE HELL would you be drinking?? I dont care if he was over the limit... why was he drinking in the first place?? This isn't some celebration where your allowed to drink... you gotta respect the rules and respect your body... especially since the damn guy was so overweight And your right, I've never been a professional athlete, but bringing up Paspalie and Xristodoulou is extremely irrelevant b/c those were COMPLETELY different times.. and the game was COMPLETELY different back then... nowadays the game relies HEAVILY on athleticism and your not doing your body any favors by drinking even 2 beers.... especially when you haven't really played a damn game in 6 months.....

K I will explain Mantzio was never a born leader and would often get bashed for showing a nonchalant or lackadaisical attidue... however, I dont' really see it that way.. He always showed up to practice... was always fit.. and rarely injured... he was always avialble for his coaches and always got playing time on whatever team he was on He may not have been the hardest working player on the squad.... but at least respected the sport and club enough to show up on time, always be available, always be fit.... in other words, at least he did his job and respected the club He did pretty decent at our club but he just wasn't the correct fit for our team.... a team like PAO requires their striker to be charismatic and filled with tsabouka.... Mantzio just isn't that.... not to say he's a bad palyer, but he just doesn't fit for a team like PAO He's immensely talented and could work as a peripheral player at team like PAO but will/could never be PAOs focal man... In a diff environment under diff circumstances... the kid would flourish and be a TOP player in Europe... but it just wasn't meant to be As for Essien.... everything he has done has shown me that he gives two flying F***s about PAO.. he has taken a big s%$#! on the trifilli.... 1) Shows up to camp extremely overweight 2) Goes out past curfew 3) Gets pulled over and blows positive for alcohol 4) Focuses more on insttagram than work on the field... Well enough is enough... the guy is finished for me...

^^ Reaper visit the bet forum to find out Anyway... does anyone know anything about this Spyro Theodoropoulo? Supposedly, he's looking to buy into the team?? Accor any word?
-
Oh don't worry, he is... have you seen the bartenders he's chatting up? I guess he must have chatted with Govou as well before coming to PAO
-
Yes.... going out late and drinking while your injured..... is irresponsible, disrespectful and amateurish... especially when you know what is expected of you and how important you are to the team
-
Oh I see... I'm not saying that he won't be physically ready... he probably will be physically ready in 1-2 weeks... however I have lost all respect for him.... I will not support him
-
how does what work?
-
Summer isn't over yet... Sanchez has a few more sand castles to build! As for Essien... he's still working off the hang over..... Don't even get me started on him... I don't care if he becomes the best defensive midfielder in the league... for me he is finished and there is ABSOLUTELY no coming back First off, you let yourself BALLOON up to a crazy weight while your injured And now, you get pulled over and blow POSITIVE for alcohol when you are trying to get back into shape and get into playing shape?? Notice, I didn't say "blow over the limit"..... the fact that he went for DRINKS 2 days before his "debut" match really says it all He's shown how much he respects our team with his actions.... Instead of doing EVERYTHING physically possible to get his career back on track, he blows up in weight, is eternally injured and goes out for drinks He should be HOME b/c team curfew is 10 PM (i believe) and definately drinking smoothies instead of alcohol..... Essien is finished in my book....

You know your beginning to make a fool of yourself.... You bash Fortouni for playing in the German league... a by FAR superior league at a younger age... (and yet getting persistent playing time) and bash what he's been able to do in the SL.... Yet you praise Kaltsa who spent most of his career in the 2nd division and had one good break out year in the SAME LEAGUE that you are bashing!!! AND is unable to earn a place on this PAO side!! Am I going crazy here?? Dude just face it.... you will lose the bet... it's OK... the money will go to the erasitexni or panathinaiki symmaxia.... its all good
-
Huge leap in expectations.... At PAO you have to work for every minute of playing time, even if you are a very good player At a lower tier team.. you can waltz right into the starting 11 At PAO, you are expected to win every game At lower tier team... your happy to stay in division 1 At PAO, the fans will get on your case if you aren't bleeding for the jersey... At lower tier team... fans are happy they have a team
-
Best defense: Gavro- 2 goals against PAO- 2 goal against Kaltsa vs. Fortouni (assists and goals) Fortouni- 4 Kaltsa- 1 Looks like I will be running away with the later bet..... especially after this....
-
Levadowski was close to coming to PAO but PAO preferred Rukavina At the end of the day, I don't think Levandowski would have had the same maturity and development if he came to Greece.... he was definately a good player but in Greece we are way too demanding of results Only when a player has a big name and some sort of reputation, do we become patient.... If levandowski had the same start Cisse had... the kid would have been stapled to the bench I think it was Cisse's 6th game till he started consistently finding the net.... before then he was a bystander and even then received a lot of criticism In Germany (a real footballing country) they have patience with their youngsters and superior coaching/staff and better mentality.... He was slowly introduced into Dortmund... got his confidence built up... worked on his fundamentals and eventually flourished.... the development he made at Dortmund when compared to Lech Pozan was GIGANTIC Rukavina was almost in the same boat as Levandowski and we saw how he turned out.... had a few bright games... and then sidelined.. and his career has been buried since....

Lucescu has done quite well with a limited budget Xanthi... brought them the largest success in their entire history and when they ACTUALLY PLAY... they are one of the more attractive sides of the league Today, I have no idea what LUcescu was doing/thinking.... they played like they were playing Manchester City or Barcelona away... deserved the result they got If they had played the gavro with some balls... they would have easily come away with a result
