  1. f***ing unbelievable. Sammata in for Chalov.
  2. Should have scored at least one in first half with Taison having 2 good chances. I would throw in Despodov right away in send half.
  3. Not sure why he is starting Taison again. He has been poor the last few games. Would have liked to see Despodov in the lineup.
  4. Apparently the final deal that we will sign with Pena on Friday will be for 2.5 + 1 year worth 600K per season.

  6. Well the Cypriot team did not want to pay him the 1 mil salary, and Samatta would not take a pay cut. In the end PAOK decided to keep him. Should have sent him to Cyprus paying him half the salary and improving the profit margins and Cypriots paying the other half. Now we are stuck with him and on top of that Lucescu giving him playing time even though he sucks.
  7. Murg should have never been re-signed until 2026. We had an offer for Samatta in the summer, but instead of just saving money on his salary, we wanted to make a profit. Our main goal should be to unload him this transfer period, but instead we are giving him playing time in important games. This latest rumor of loaning out Tissoudali is another stupid move by the team. Not sure why we got him in the first place if Lucescu was not going to change his tactic of playing with just one striker. Tissoudali excelled when playing as a second striker in Belgium. I would really like to see a Tissoudali - Chalov duo on offense, but we know this will never happen. As for Pena, I heard somewhere that he was our no. 2 pick for midfield, so we might still be waiting to see if the no. 1 pick signs with us.
  8. I have a bad feeling about this game. Not sure how we can score 2 goals and not concede any in order to qualify. We will need a lot of luck on our side.
  9. Looks like we are back in the good old days when Olympiakos controlled everything. Today they needed a penalty and a red card in order to defeat Panaitolikos.
  10. Bad result and game. Also lost valuable player for the cup game.
  11. Considering the circumstances the tie will be a good result.

  13. Athens Kallithea - Lamia 2:1 First win for Kallithea in the SL1 this season and first win for Malezas as a head coach of a Superleague team.
  14. We agreed with Pena for 700K. 1.5+1 year contract. Now we need to agree with Malmo.
  15. Squad for the game: Konstantelias (flu), Vieirinha, Michailidis and Thymianis not making the trip.
  16. So Savvidis hired the the famous ambulance chaser to defend Lucescu in the appeal. But only Lucescu. The appeal of the rest of the individuals will be by other lawyers. Kougias said in an interview that the case has so many holes in it that he expects the original verdict will be overturned. We'll just have to see. The appeal is scheduled for January 8, one day before the game with AEK at Toumba.
  17. Only Savvidis knows the answers to all these questions. As far as I know Populous presented presented Savvidis with 3 different designs and the team would pick one. There was even a talk that fans would have a say on the design that they preferred. Apparently Savvidis forked out around 4 mil for these designs. Everything was going along and then the Russia - Ukraine war started and things got frozen. I think that is the main reason why things did not proceed. At the same the current government on the instructions from the US and European Commission tried to make things difficult for Ivan Savvidis. Frankly, I don't believe Savvidis will finance the new stadium until the war in Ukraine is over.
