Four cards means you have to choose one game to sit out (out of the next...three? four?). But, if you are already on four cards and you get a fifth before sitting out, then you are automatically suspended for the next game. Wouldn't be a bad idea to time getting a few cards, if at all possible. None of these guys *can't* be rotated, after all.

I think he'd jump ship if he gets a good enough overall offer - he surely wants to play in the CL, but what if he gets an offer from a mid-tier Premiere League club (like Fulham)? Would certainly be tempting for him, especially if he thinks he'll do well enough to get noticed by a bigger/better team (though time's running out for him in that respect). But I think we all know he was already offered more money over in China, which he rejected...

In my opinion, when all else is equal, I'd take the Greek player over the foreign one. However, if we can get a demonstrably better foreigner for a certain position, then we should. This is what frustrates me about players like El Kaddouri - you can't tell me that Lamprou or Mistakidis wouldn't have made a better showing than him this season. For me, we have some quality out on loan that we should keep over certain players that are still on our books: Kacheridi - not better than Chatziisaias Shakhov - not better than Charisis Tosca - not better than Giannoulis I have a better feeling about Kitsiou than I did a month ago; if he improves a bit more then he can make a play for Matos' position. And who knows, perhaps we'll buy Stafylidis and have two Greek LBs. Pelkas probably won't be with us past next summer, so it would be nice to find a replacement. But there's a 99% chance that would be a foreign-born player (which I'm fine with).

I want our guys to be out for blood in this one. We've been tragic in this campaign.

Tally of cards: Biseswar, Mauricio, Vieirinha, Jaba, Shakhokv, Kacheridi and Kitsiou are apparently coming up on their yellow cards limits. Wernbloom, however, is of particular concern - but I guess this will work out since Canas will get some rest while Wernbloom will get to let his aggression out. It goes without saying that he'll obviously get a yellow this game, of course.

Pashalakis is apparently questionable for this game, but I believe was confirmed to not have broken any ribs or anything. Any thoughts on what kind of rotation we'd see here? Personally I think we could stand to at least rotate our two wingers (Warda and Jaba in), and give Akpom a go.

Canas has had a great season, but it only takes one average game for the same criticisms to come back. Just you wait until Crespo makes a mistake!
