  1. Full-time 0-0 Still can't see AEK go through unless they find a way to score.
  2. 2-3 Full-time Such a shame to see Panathinaikos fall apart after the 67th minute of play.
  3. AEK is having a promising start, 2 early corners. They are pressing.
  4. Well guys, you will have to do what Olympiakos did yesterday. Keep on fighting!
  5. Nice victory, but damn that away goal they concede. Got to play better in Croatia.
  6. Finished 6th, but a decent showing. He will get better in future competitions. You can bet on that.

  8. Anagnostopoulou didn't qualify for the finals in the women's discus throw Pesiridou didn't qualify for the semifinals in the women's 100m hurdle We are looking forward to tomorrow's men's javelin throw finals. This will be our last hope for another medal.
  9. Gousin is terrible, can't jump over 1.89. Belibasaki didn't make the finals, finished 5th in the race. Better effort than Tsakonas.
  10. Ioannis Kyriazis has qualified for the finals with his first throw of 84.60m!
  11. Kyriazis will have to perform like he did in Lille. The automatic qualifying mark is 83 m and he is capable of achieving this. We wish him luck tomorrow.
  12. Tomorrow, women's high jump qualifying. Tatiana Gousin will be competing in her first ever World Championships. Men's javelin throw qualifying : Ioannis Kyriazis will be in group B. He will once again compete against two guys (Rohler and Vadlejch) from the European Teams Championship. Also, women's 200m semifinals, a difficult draw for Maria Belibasaki as she's going up against Marie-Josse Ta Lou, Dina Ashe-Smith. It's possible she could finish 3rd in this race and qualify for the top 2 time.
  13. Maria Belibasaki is going to the semifinals finishing third in the heat.
  14. On Wednesday, Haido Alexouli is competing in the women's long jump for qualification. She will need to jump better than 6.78 (her personal best) to get in. Mihail Anastasakis will be in group B for the men's hammer throw qualification. Keep in mind that recently in Nikiti at the Greek Championship, he threw a personal best 77.72. He has somewhere between 30-50% chance to qualify for the finals. 75.50 is the automatic qualification spot and that is a tall order. In the men's 200m semifinals, Tsakonas will have his hands full as he races with guys like Wayde Van Niekerk, Christophe Lemaitre, and Ramil Guliyev. He must fight for second place in order to go to the finals.
