All those bagging Mandalos can now realise what a talent he really is. Overall this was a way better game and way better team set out to get the job done. The way we set out was perfect, gave the Aussie's no time on the ball and pressed very hard in the front and middle 3rd. Our structure was brilliant. Maniatis was very solid, Mandalos good, Bakasetas did good also but needed to find the ball more, Samaris was also solid, Sokrati was a leader at the back, all the players worked very hard yesterday and with this attitude and adding in Manolas, Fortounis and Mr Mykonos Mitroglou this team can do some damage. Both goals were also quality.

There was an article that said 5 new faces will be coming in which if true would be a good thing, I just hope those 5 players cover where we lack, a GK, CB, Winger and a ST are a MUST!!! I would even go for 2 CB or 2 Wingers just so we have that depth...

Greekoz Melb needs more Greeks like you mate because as you said it isn't about who's better, its about getting behind your NT, we don't have the pleasure of people in Greece who see their club teams and NT time after time so when they do come out here its all about being united and staying strong. As for the march in 2005, they can rave on ALL they like but fact is there were thousands of Sydney Greeks marching with them so it wasn't all them. But the way they have carried on this week is a disgrace, this is why Galanolefkos Faros is the #1 Greek supporter group as they follow the team anywhere they go and would NEVER turn their backs on the players even at their worst, unlike these wanabe fan clubs.....

After the no show at the airport, the no show at training Hellas Fan Club Melb don't seem to have the interest they showed last week. The admin of that page commented yesterday "we don't talk to s%$#! cunts who don't have pride for the jersey" then added "we don't support the players we support the country" those boys down there don't seem happy, but they were happy to bag Sydney siders last week for the small attendance at the airport.....

We are also waiting our final licence which has been said to be given June, 7 days in not a word, cant wait to hear the next excuse given......

Skibbe would be stupid not to throw in Mandalos for this game just so we have more go forward in attack as we had nothing first half in Sydney, 2nd half we played a very little bit of football but still there was no urgency let alone cohesion in the team. I hope there a new faces in this line up as the line up he went with the other night was terrible Seeing as though the jet lag will most likely be gone by then we all should see some better football from the Greeks...
