Btw, A ban for life is utterly ridiculous. A yellow or red card during the game would have been much more appropriate with EPO deciding whether to add a suspension as well. FT: AEK - Aris 1-1 We should have won! Possession was in our favour (58-42), we had more chances, we played a very good game but Aris scored on their only decent effort - a counterattack with our defence nowhere to be found - and stole the equaliser.

HT: AEK - Aris 0-0 AEK have the better of the play by far! Possession is something like 58-42. On the downside, Lagos again left the pitch injured.

Panionios defeated Aris 1-0 in their 2012-13 season opener. The match marked the first time in 23 years where two clubs fielded 22 Greeks in their starting lineups!!! :o
