Congrats guys! You got the goal and we couldn't... See you in the playoffs!

I made these memes to make you laugh.. No need to take things too seriously.. Lighten up man. Life is short. Enjoy the ride...

It's normal for a new manager to experiment with all his players/formations at the start of his stint... Perhaps it's this and not some evil plot? Just saying...
-
If you make a statement, at least get it right. "The gangster style management" You are referring to was Kapetanios at his prime. Tzigger was a lackadaisical mopey F*** that didn't give a s%$#! about PAO from the start... He hid behind his appointed incompetent presidents...

^ when you express your opinion, could you do it in a way that doesn't seem like you quoted my statement? Thanks  Edit your post please. ;)

A history lesson for those that are clueless.... best part at 8:16.... when a picture is worth a thousand words... more...

Where is Pateras you ask? Here he is:
-
That I'm not sure...
-
Guys like Eki Gonzalez are owed salary!!! That's pre-Pateras!!! This is nuts when you sit down and think about it...
-
Latsis?!??? Please be true!!!! EDIT: According to this: http://www.sport-fm.gr/article/podosfairo/fabori-o-latsis-gia-tin-anakainisi-tis-lewforou/3143285 Spiros Latsis company would undertake the renovations, but would not be involved in PAE... Ah well... Lol On a positive note, at least the renovations seem to be on the way!

Pateras in recent years has revamped his core business (shipping). He sold off his aging fleet before the brunt of the recession hit. In more recent times, he has purchased a new fleet and business is booming for him. Because of that, and his sit downs with Alafouzos, people are speculating that he will return... Despite him denying it... As for the giannakoupoloi, they are a curious case. Although they are sick Panathinaikoi, it is worth noting that when Tzigger attacked Pateras and Bgeno in the papers, and vice versa, the Giannakopouloi for some reason sided with the Vardinogianides... (Then again, Thanasi did publicaly, sympathize with Kokkalis when the Gavs turned on him in 2010 for no longer doing enough... Now that they are older, I don't think they have it in them to lead anymore... They are probably, at this stage, more concerned with protecting their legacy at this point.. As for their son Dimitraki... Some would say he's not the right man for the job.. I'll leave it at that!!! Lastly, Bgeno took a beating from what I understand with the economic crisis...
-
He sabotaged the team from within. He declared war on Pateras by making his yes men wage a smear campaign in the papers... He also refused to inject the cash that his part of the pie called for. Which incidentally enough at that point was still a majority stake at 56%. And people want to know why Pateras and Bgenopoulos left? (They along with Polemis and Giannakopoulos and others had 34% of the team btw). Again, when Pateras left, PAO's war chest was full... Yet after 2012, after 1 year of Tzigger running the show by himself, all of a sudden the club was broke... These are all facts...
-
^^ Where were his balls after that year?
-
PAO never owed Paiania. Fact. Yes he got to 2 semi finals.. What happened after the 2nd one? Did he forget his promis? Why did he allow Kokkalis to install his paragka? Yes he accomplished much during the 80s and early 90s... Nobody can deny that. But what happened after that??? Why did his nephew dismantle the Rizoupoli team after reaching the 1/4s in CL? You know, the backbone of the ethniki... Why was he content finishing number 2 all those years? Where was their power, as one of the richest families in Greece to protect the club? They were so generous that when they left, they loaded the team with Debt and graced Symaxia with the burden when the fans made it clear to them the 2nd place was not enough. THAT is their legacy. Not a training ground or a stadium... Just a vail underhanded show of generosity that F***ed our club----->debt , that has set us back a decade. So excuse me if I forget the early accomplishments.

Congratulations are indeed in order for AEK! They beat the Gavs dikea!!! Then again, they were given a chance to play the Gavs on the field!!!
-
@ Greeko, I stopped reading your post when you wrote you never heard of Leto....
-
JVC, are you bipolar? You were celebrating the charges in player personnel barely a week ago... One moment you're fearing the apocalypse, the next you expect immediate CL glory... Might I suggest that you maintain a more even approach when it comes to all things PAO?
-
Mas fotises! Do tapes exist? Yes or no? Why does Zeca get a red card when your player gets nothing for the same offence in the same weekend? Why is your president still taking part in football operations when he was ordered to cease? Why is EPO tolerating this? Why is their a war waged on gate 13 while gate 7 gets F*** all when it misbehaves? Why is PAO paying fines while OSFP is virtually immune? Why do batsoi stop derbies at Leoforo for 2 thrown flares while matches like Rizoupoli and the offside Katsourani game are allowed to take place unpunished? When you come up with valid reasons for these points and a myriad others, I'll answer your questions.

This will be my last post on this matter... Ask yourselves why the gavroi in this thread endorse the Vardis: complacency? Acceptance being number 2? Loading debt, Etc.. And why they mock/ridicule Alafouzos who is paying off debts, has the guts to speak out about the red system, brought to light Marinakis' extracurricular (heroine) activities, is adding assets (training Center) to the team... Note, they did the same with Pateras a few years back... You cannot dismiss his overall work based on a few bad results which ironically are tainted by the trixa mandalo who red carded our CAPTAIN over NOTHING. Wake up, a war is being waged on us. For me it's too obvious... I will always support the guy they hate because it means that person is doing his job right.
-
What profit?!???!?????? You are going to drive me nuts with your misinformed statements. PAO is paying off debts. As in unpaid player wages from Tzigger's era for players like Eki Gonzalez!!!! Guys that haven't played for us in a decade!!! Yet he is doing just that. Slowly honouring the club's obligations. The man has even added training facilities to the club's assets. Something Kapetanos didn't do (for some older fans)! Heck, his miserable nephew wanted to charge PAO rent after he left his debt riddled shares to Symaxia for the use of Paenia after he and his family pocketed millions from the club over 30 years of ownership. I chose gladly to suffer now for something bigger in the future. Because, the Vardis rule was one of accepting 2nd place, pocketing millions from the club, and hiding behind the claim that the team was never in the red, (which ended up being a load of crap given the state of the club when they finally left.. Also, Kapetanos pocketed millions by dismantling the '96 semifinal CL team and not really reinvesting in the team in the process, let alone strengthening an already impressive club. This complacency/greed allowed Kokkalis to install his paragga... And the rest is history.

Your post is fine and dandy. I too want Pateras to come in and kick ass without any prisoners... HOWEVER, until such a president steps up, who better than Alafouzos? Do you prefer a leaderless club? THAT is a recipe for TOTAL disaster. We are talking bottom leagues. And as Aris has demonstrated a couple of times, that can be disastrous and very difficult to overcome. A leaderless PAO can find itself stuck in a far worse quagmire for years on end. We all want results, but without patience, (waiting for the right man to take over following the clearing of our debts) we risk a very high risk of falling off a precipice into a far steeper pit. Chasing Alafouzo off with pitchforks is risky if nobody is there to pick up the pieces. And don't take my word for it, ask AEK fans how a leaderless club fared for them a few seasons back...
-
JVC, I ask you, would you preferred he left and we dropped to the bottom division? You don't think that is worse? The stigma of that shame will forever tarnish your legacy. I for one prefer what has been accomplished under his leadership. He undertook a homeless last place bound team, loaded with debt, and is slowly guiding it to sustainability. He also won a CUP with no budget! All this while having the balls to speak out against the system. He is fighting forces who look to destroy our club, as well as misguided Panathinaikoi that believe Tzigger was a better leader! An einai dinaton!!! Instead of infighting, PAO's lao must unify gamoto... We all want better results on the field but this infighting will not get us there.. Again, he's all we've got until someone steps in. Given that he is spending HIS money on a caretaker basis, I am great full he is there.
