    A full 30 days off. A far cry from the bad old days. Hopefully we make this a tradition too? Saw in passing that Sastre and Brandon Thomas flew back home on the same flight, and had a little impromptu interview. Cool to see, not that I know a word of Spanish beyond "hola bebe, cuanto??"

    Apparently Melissanidis promised Aris players/coaches up to 100K if they got a result against us that would give AEK the title. He was in Thessaloniki the day before the game dining with Karypidis in a popular restaurant.

    I saw a picture of him on the weekend (he was also at the big screen watching the game against OARIS). The guy looks like he is 46 years old (of course, no offence to any 46 year olds out there).
