As Blackhawk already stated, basically that what should have happend in the first trial. This time the judge does not seem to be so particulary keen to punish us compared to Miss Skouliki last week.
What I do not like about the judge were his comments about the scooter and how he showed empathy with Aretopoulos saying that Aretopoulos is just a human and that he was really afraid on that evening. Well, if he does not make his job right because he is afraid, and you even acknowledge that yourself, then why should we get punished for his failures?
Interesting side note: The judge was actually in Toumpa on that evening. Maybe this is good for us since he should have seen the mismanagement of Aretopoulos at first hand, but we shall see. I also like the fact that he acknowledges the loopholes in the laws.
Regarding those comments and the things I have read from the court liveticker I am much more confident this time that we will get our three points back and that the match will be replayed, since there are too many loopholes in the laws and we cannot be punished on a legitimate basis for what has happend. Well, we will soon find out what will happen. But what I am sure of is that Olympiakos is going to appeal any decision that does not include the 3 point deduction. They won't just give up.
